Just compare it to other BR3 and other BR4 SMGs.
First all Thompsons are high damage SMGs - which should count for something, but all Thompsons also have very slow velocity.
Now we look at the rate of fire, the dispersion recoil and overall accuracy - which is above average for a Thompson, also it has very good iron sights for a Thompson.
Last we check reload speed and capacity.
My personal conclusion:
Since its a 30 rounder Thompson we should compare it to other 30 rounder guns, and in my opinion ZK-383 is overall more accurate at longer ranges, and since we have 30 rounder Thompsons in BR2 nowadays I think it is very hard to argue that it deserves being BR4. Yes its probably the best 30 rounder Thompson in the game, but can it be compared with Drum mag SMGs or Kiraly? No.
Since it is a legacy weapon, it being BR3 wouldn’t hurt the game in my opinion.
So yes Decаrd, I also believe your claim is justified.

I dont know about that, a suomi should have been in the TT for ages, but a 50 rounder for BR3?
