Currently, all factions in this game have several modifications of the BAR machine gun at once - these are two premium squads, the weapon of the battle pass, three modifications of the USA. the fact that you did not dare to make a suggestion, since you would have to add a poll, speaks for itself.
There are unique guns to give for USSR so people will not support adding a German premium gun to Soviets.
There is a stark difference between adding a tech tree gun or event gun of a faction as a premium (captured Mp40, captured M1918A2) and adding a premium weapon to the tech tree of another faction without a proper claim (like Lewis gun which should have been added to Allied tech tree).

1)every nation have it except this one - could be a good reason I guess
2)we can see a documents, photos and videos - it was in use by capital defenders forces
3)this version have many differences compare to gun owned by axis
4)i recommend to add it as an event weapon, not in a TT

I understand why people say - its fine bars in a game but for now all nations have light mg even at tt at br 3, non les then 3 light mg variants each nation, so it would be fair to give event squad with unique outfit or a few event guns like this wz 1928 version, don’t you think
