It’s really not… you can kill them easily when they dive.
lol… Remove… rifles… from rifleman?
What is it of your concern anyway… Mr I don’t play past BR3.
I don’t even understand that opinion anyway… it’s a luxury you get when you get to the big boy tier that all of your scrubs get automatic weapons.
Omg, no squad size increase for jeeps. We basically got 4 wheel bikes. Ggs.
Select fire rifles. Why are you not surprised sniper rifles or anti-tant rifles aren’t available to riflemen?
Everything can change.
Besides, full auto armies have nothing to do with WW2.
Yeah. Neither does BRV as a whole… what’s your point?
See point in thread
Again with what I said after… they aren’t assault rifles or smgs so don’t belong on assaulter… your class is cool yknow whatever… but again you get the luxury of having all autos when you get to BRV
It’s not hard to accept.
Your point is that sf on everybody isn’t ww2. Yeah well neither is everybody having end of war weaponry and prototypes either… so how is that relevant?
Irrelevant… like a lot of things you bring up.
And once again… what business is it of yours anyway? It has absolutely zero effect on you… or shouldn’t if it does now.
You don’t even play IV… so don’t say that either… and you wouldn’t until they get +0 matchmaking… I don’t know why I waste effort making responses to you.
If you don’t know or don’t understand that’s on you.
Go read the thread and if you have an opinion, express it with logic, not with “why you care hurr durr”.
Theyre not touching assault rifles obvviously - i dont see Scotti rifle here do I??
as for FINALLY NERFS to Battle rifles - just pull the trigger on this already, people attached to their battle rifle slop will always complain, just do it and let the meta shake out. You can adjust afterwards
Why not, instead of nerfing Select Fire Rifles so much, buff all the other weapons in high BR so they are viable instead?
It means making every BR5 weapon a literal laser to compensate for how UNREALISTIC battle rifles are, so no, nerf em to their even quasi historical norm - aka uncontrollable on full auto when standing past 50m
Make the game as a whole more enjoyable for everyone!
Agree, lets finally allow MG/assault rifles, flame throwers and every other weapon be meta in BR5.
So, now that the second test is out, it seems that the visibility with the Type 11 LMG on the kurogane is better than during the first testing:
But as you can see, this video really proves my point with the awkardness and impracticality of this mount, especially when aiming on the sides: the guy manning the gun literally has his ass outside of the vehicle when aiming on the sides because the buttstock pushes him back and prevents him from standing properly or at least have a more “comfortable” position. It’s not that much better when aiming towards the front of the vehicle, because the guy is nearly sitting on the spare wheel at the rear. And the worst part is also that fact that the Type 11 LMG is installed too far forward for this mount to be realistic, which means that if this mount was realistic, the guy using the gun would be pushed even further at the rear.
@Euthymia07-live how is that supposed to be realistic ? It just looks so weird and goofy. I’ve already made a topic about a possible replacement of the gun, and only the gun (and the replacement option is already in the game), not the whole vehicle to be more realistic and historically accurate while not affecting too much its current stats here :
poll By researching a bit into the Kurogane Type 95 armament, it would appear that the choice of putting the Type 11 LMG on a pintle mount at the back of the car is incorrect, because the pintle mount was made for the heavier Type 92 machine gun, while the Type 96 or Type 11 LMG was installed through the foldable windshield and operated by the passenger next to the driver. The source I used is this one: Type-95 Kurogane And here are a few pics, but sadly I couldn’t find any historical ones whe…
I’ve already quite a fair amount of votes in favour of that option, so I hope the devs will consider it.
Pretty please ![]()
flame throwers to be meta in BR5.
Wow. You are just clueless.
Im for quasi realistic experience of WW2/1946 type what if for BR5. That means weapons that did/could have seen service. That obv means flamers that infact were meta right after merge - if u have amnesia or not I can only guess.
Battle rifles/SFRs are a technological dead end, and were only kept in service as a bad doctrinal choice by nato up until Vietnam proved them to be dogs*it compared to any AR. Their use in Enlisted is utterly ahistorical and technically unrealistic

Another person unaware of the environment of 5 as a whole.
Atleast unlike veekay you actually play in its tier therefore making your opinion even considerable.
i have no clue what ur statement even means. I run 3x 9 man rifle squads in BR5 on a regular basis - im TIRED OF IT. half my matches are BR5 on a daily rotation.
You are talking about things being ahistorical and unrealistic… in BRV… the most ahistorical and unrealistic BR of them all.
That makes no sense at all.
Theyre not touching assault rifles obvviously - i dont see Scotti rifle here do I??

Don’t play dumb dude; there is a reason the Scotti and Fedorov were with the select-fires and not with the assault rifles in the first draft of select-fire nerfs: they overperform their class.
I always disliked this lazy blanket nerf on BR V select-fire rifles, but if this is the only solution the developers are capable of implementing then so be it.
However I do not think that Breda PG (CR) or Breda (Carcano) would need a nerf.
Carcano var. is just a BR4 semi-auto and it’s large 20 round magazine already well balanced our by it’s fairly low 13.6 damage.
CR or Costa Rica variant is already the weakest “select-fire” rifle of it’s category. Frankly, the burst fire mode is just a gimmick and even if it was not nerfed, it would still be much weaker than other SF rifle in the game.
Amen five solders would make it more long term playable.
