Since its basically a Bren now just move it to BR II at this point really since its one of the most iconic Japanese weapons and there is absolutely no reason to use it in BR III and the devs cant add optic.
I also need to make topic about P-63A-10 to lower its BR to III you can help me out I’m looking at you lazy soviet mains I’m supposed to fight your faction not help you out since you got just bolt action rifle only … and M2 carabine sawoff to be lowered at BR IV some one can make a topic if not I’m gonna make after few days since I don’t wanna spam with too many topics. (and also this new Ground Attacker squad should be able to use more US planes but specially the p47) But that’s discussions for other topics if I have time I will make them.

Yes, it has BR2 stats so it doesn’t deserve a BR3 and I want a machine gun better than the Type 11 and Type 97 in BR2.

Well im not sure its better then Type 11 since Type 11 dont have half its screen blocked by a magazine but it has a bit more rate of fire.
If anything the type 99 should stay at br3 and the type 96 with it’s lower damage should be downtired. But I’d rather one of them get a scope to set it apart.
Type 96 has no recoil its absolutely better then type 99.
It does have a lower damage tradeoff thought.
No type 96 cant be BR II sorry its still a very good weapon the damage is too little to make a difference but the ability to be used as an assault rifle and absolute lack of recoil I cant say that type 96 can be BR II. I think Type 96 is better then Type 99 but im willing to listen to more opinions but I really don’t see how Type 96 can be BR II.
Ok I understand your point, you’re right. But if the type 99 lmg gets downtired it should loose its running speed bonus.

What Type 99 have 55% so 5% fine. Type 96 is the one with the good speed factor of 65 I think you are confusing them and confusing me xD
Oops my bad, I could of swore the type 99/96 had the same sprint factor.

I double check it since I use Type 96 and I was like when did they buffed the sprint factor on type 99 xD
