- Yes, I support giving Grmany a 1921AC Thompson with 30 rounds
- No, I don’t support giving Germany a 1921AC Thompson with 30 rounds
- I don’t care
Every other factions besides Germany has access to a Thompson. The soviets with the pre-merge 1921/28 Thompson, the NVKD 100 rounds 1921 Thompson, and the Chinese temu Thompson. Japan with the 1921 Thompson with 20 rounds and the 1928a1 Thompson. But I’ve found a Thompson for Germany that I think will fit as an event Thompson for Germany.
The 1921 AC model thompson with a 30 round mag. And here what I theorize the stats would be.
Muzzle velocity (m/sec): 265
Rate of fire per minute: 1040
Reload time (sec): 1.5
Shot deviation: 25
Vertical recoil: 13
Horizontal recoil: 17
Feed system: 30-round mag
Weight (kg): 4.0
Sprint factor (%): 100
Cartridge mass (kg): 21.0
Firing modes: Auto, Semi-auto
Evidence
These photo show Germany soldiers with captured 1921AC Thompson. (I think cause I have no idea if these are actually 1921/28 Thompsons)

And here’s a document on the 1921AC Thompson.
I hope you guys and gals agree with giving Germany the 1921AC Thompson with 30-round mag as a event gun
Signed, Ludewick A Kartztine of the 68th heavy infantry Division
(I’ve escape the French and took a Thompson but still need help getting out of here)

As with the universal carrier… germany is the only nation not allowed this treatment.

We’re too cringe for Faijin
its kinda funny, every other faction is allowed to have German weaponry to compensate for their own lack of personal equipment while Germany barely gets anything fun, the MP 717 R was removed after Stalingrad, which was the main Captured weapon the Germans had, while every other country has a German AT (even Japan) we usually get nothing, i support this.

b-b-but it was necessary! German needs are apparently not necessary… that’s the problem imo.
US needed tank to compare to tiger soooo bad… yet germans equivalent for p-47 nooooo… you have tiger 2… WELL YOU HAD P-47. Jfc.

And even people from those factions didn’t even want them! I think the ohfehar, or however you spell it, should be removed and replaced with something those factions actually made and used.
the Soviets i kinda understand having Panzerfausts since in the war they didnt produced their Own AT Guns (they used the PTRD til the end as far as im concerned, i may be wrong) but the Americans didnt needed the ofenrohr (its a copy of their own weapon) neither did Japan, which at the time they were gonna add it, i saw plenty of suggestions of Japanese guns that could’ve been added instead of the Ofenrohr, just let Germany suffer is Gaijin’s motto.

Germany at BR3 is fine against the US. More than fine.

Germans should get m1928 thompson instead since it was used by americans and british early war. M1921 and m1921ac thompsons were civilian models that never got adopted by US army officially so it is unlikely that germans captured any. M21/28 is a modified m1921 with heavier bolt that was used by US navy

In fact, up to 3000 M1921 were captured from French by Germany in 1940. They were left with Vichy until 1942 when they were captured again and issued as MP761 (f).

Ironically, of 15k M1921s made, highest amount ended up with Germans. Up to 1k were smuggled by soviets, and most of the rest were converted to M1928 by USA before buying.

(called ‘slowed down gun’ in documents)

I forgot the French. Thanks for correcting me.
Were these guns only m1921 or did they capture m1921ac as well?

“It is also believed the great majority of the 3000 guns sold were in the original Model of 1921 with no compensator configuration.”

Anything you have ideas for is already fine… you don’t need anything more for what you want.

On one hand I don’t mind, but german lack some fast firing SMG for br-3, and I think the 1921AC would be a good fit. Or the 1921. And there is a photo of a falsmajager with a 1928 thompson with a horizontal handguard.

If used by a German sabotage team, the Thompson submachine gun could provide the perfect camouflage on the Western Front.
yes to german thompson,
but i would give it as an event squad.
perhaps to another para-looking or even an actual paratrooper squad.
could be a little bit far fatched, but what isn’t anymore.
EDIT: even better to an italian squad.
since we practically don’t have almost any beside the italians para.
