I suspect they brought that in TT to prepare the subsequent implementation of something a tad exaggerated and power creep, the IS3, in the close future…

Yeah with it’s crappy armor it should be BR4
Honestly both M36 and Jagdpanther should be BR4. JP is just a joke at BR5 that gets dunked by everyone no point in playing it’s premium i no longer use more than a single Tiger anyway as tanks are too weak at BR5 with everyone carrying fausts and jets spamming bombs 24/7.

@MajorMcDonalds I really appreciate all the latest additions! But a sawed-off M2 Carbine for Japan as a semi-auto? While the godly Type Hei Automatic Rifle exists? Please convey to the developers that we actually want something authentic for Japan. For instance, the Type 2 SMG chambered in the 6.5×30mm SR Type 95 Arisaka cartridge. This could have been an excellent AR for Japan and could provide some good competition to the ‘be all and end all’ Type Hei Automatic Rifle.

Just like with PPSh Obrez – captured, modified, ultra-rare experimental weapons that were not adopted by militaries or used in WW2 SHOULD NOT appear outside of events/gold orders/premiums.

Why is the the PPSH the only tech tree silenced weapon though?
Locking the other silenced weapons behind a pay wall seems unfair.
Please dont put the Jagdpanther in the same squad as the Tiger 2.
Please change the N1K2 to an attacker plane as Japan does not have a Br5 attcker plane.
Speaking of “japan finally have br 3 fighter” and “soviet bias/another 10 types of ppsh”…

The craziest part is, not a single Soviet player asked for a new PPSh. Not one! It’s really bumming me out that faction are getting saddled with some new bias just because devs felt like it.

Or Japanese/western allies to have BR4 rifle.
I guess tech tree silenced ppsh and commander JP (…to make premium one less unique) were on higher priority.

This shouldn’t be BR 5 when you guys put a plane like Xa-38 in BR 3 and let’s not forget Kikka and ki 84 exist.

This update should have given all factions a TT silenced gun + Guerrilla II and then scout vehicles to go with a commando/reconnaissance theme. Maybe finally have added jeeps/Rider II.
Instead we get a bunch of copy + pasted vehicles from WT, yet another Soviet SMG (also how is this that different from BraMit?), and a copy paste M2C that will never be used because it competes with the Type Hei Auto…

We can forward it to devs, the M2A1 is a smg and the sawed off is a more compact version, so classifying it as an smg does make sense

Ah yes another update that consists of 4 vehicles so HE spam can grow and 2 not wanted nor even good weapons, m2saw off would be used by nobody since THA exists and another variant of ppsh type weapon that again nobody would use since fed avtomat exists.
Soviets get yet another high mag smg while Germany gets literally nothing at BR5.
Why is it so hard to add already modeled and fully working Suomi SJR to the game DF???
