It did not.
It suppose to be added as SF rifle, not AR. But recently feedback was forwarded to devs to make it smg instead.
Either way, it’s not going to be AR.
Not to mention it doesn’t have have dmg of AR. It has even less dmg than classic M2 carbine. Instead of 8.8 max upgraded, it suppose to have only 8.3 - basically dmg of Thompson.
Unless they decided to tell dmg in some weird parameters no one else does.

Yep sf rifles should not be in the game and the m2 should be the allied assault rifle. going from a ten shot semi to a full auto 20 mag is just broken.

Not to mention not a single version of M2 carbine currently present in game is AR.

i would significantly prefer it to be an SMG instead of an AR so tankers, pilots, guerillas, and drivers can all use it
Honestly the idea of an M2 obrez being in japan’s tech tree is pretty stupid, but obviously we aren’t going to talk darkflow out of this, so might as well make the best out of this situation

the m1 modified to full auto which is an m2, that aside in game its a sf should be an ar. it is not however a smg so at best would be used by classes that can use ars or sfs.
It has already been established that .30 auto is an Assault class weapon. Now what they still have to do is move the M2 carbine then it will finally be perfect
With all these special guerillas they should just let Guerillas to be able to use bolt/ semi rifles and smgs, assault rifles, and shotguns
They could also let Tankers and Pilots also be able to use assault rifles. The Germans experimented with Stgs being used by vehicle crews

Hey man dont listen to Enlisted wierd classifications, Hyde fires same 30 cal as M1 carbine , M2 carbine and M1 Thompson 30 cal yet is assault rifle.

i dont know why you’re showing me pictures of bullets like i’m stupid or something. Yes, I know the m2 carbine is not literally an SMG, but for the purposes of class usability inside of Enlisted I would prefer it to be classified as that

ok i would like one of the bars to be a rifle at br4 4 to be more useable, no i dont because that would be a bad idea like youres it has nothing to do with reality history or anything. i would like the br thomsons to be more usable how about a 50 mag at br4 or 40 round bar at b4 4. sorry but you cant just turn one thing into another thing. how about a 15 round round chop of the stock and make it into a pistol again bad idea. at that point lets just put all weapons into a pool let anyone choose any br aproapriatre line up on any map and make it warthunder.

I’m all for adding new weapons for Japanese tech tree. This is the most disappointing one.
