Tutorial Rework Concept

Currently the tutorial is clearly outdated and we know that it will receive a rework, that is why I am going to give an idea for the developers, I do not plan to add it, but to give ideas:

Infantry Tutorial: the basics of learning how to walk, move, rotate the camera, etc. It is acceptable, however there are some functions that you can configure that can be useful, it would be a good idea for the game to teach you how to get to the options and controls menu and that during the infantry tutorial it gives you some notions in the infantry branch (which could be highlighted to avoid mistakes). During your instruction your camp receives the “attack” of the enemy (if you play Germany it can be Russians or Americans, if you play with Japan they will be Americans, if you play Americans your enemies will be Germans or Japanese, if you play with Russians they will be Germans) and you must “defend” it. In this first simulated combat you must build different structures with engineers to be able to protect the camp, so the first thing you will be ordered to do is build a rally point where a squadron of allied bots will appear and give you points and a reinforcement of why it is important to do so, then it will ask you while the enemy reorganizes (having eliminated the first wave of enemies) to reinforce the defenses and it will explain to you the use of the different defenses, in the tutorial you will be asked to to block the road with some Czech hedgehogs so that enemy tanks cannot easily enter, in another sector of the camp they will ask you to place some wires and some sandbags to protect some bots, in another area then they will ask you to place an engineer cannon, in turn another side will ask you for an ammunition box and in this hypothetical tutorial also a box of first aid kits in addition to an anti-aircraft and a machine gun nest, when everything is ready, the enemy attack will begin and will urge you to use one defense or another, perhaps you will use the anti-aircraft first to shoot down enemy planes that are heading to your camp, perhaps you will use the anti-tank cannon to attack the enemy tanks that were stuck in the Czech hedgehog, you may choose to attack with the machine gun nest first and defend the point and with the medic you heal the allied bots and they emulate a player taking first aid kits from the box, as soon as the camp its safe, they will ask you to continue advancing and a capture point who will appear in the tutorial area that you must take and the enemy bots will defend it, when you complete it

Love it, but the problem is how much time they spend actually working on the game. The manpower has gone down a lot, and we are seeing less and less content by the year. Probably on the 5th birthday date will have something like an old gun with a “new” aimsight, and 5 knives…

I know but let me try help them,friend,don’t give up!, edit, advanced infantry tutorial:
If you manage to complete the basic infantry tutorial, you could enter the advanced infantry tutorial, which will allow you to test in a controlled way the armor system within the game, so you can try different weapons and the narrator will explain to you the reason for why there is penetration, why you didn’t manage to penetrate and the projectile bounced off, different types of ammunition between the AT weapons, etc.

Yes, i know i sound like a downer, but i have been around since the start, and it’s clear.

I have also made a post about making the tutorial mandatory, with a revamp/rework as you put on example it would be fantastic, and a real help for new players. But we can’t force anything on them, maybe trying some other language or forum…

of course friend, just lets try do our best edit: second part of the advanced infantry tutorial:
Within the advanced infantry tutorial using the system of joining the sandbox mode the player will be able to play with all the classes available within the game, so you could try before jumping into a game and wanting to unlock something you don’t want to use, although the photo is outdated because there are new classes, I think the idea is understandable

Revamped tutorials should rely less on having the player read text, since most people don’t bother with reading things on screen, the more narration the better
