If the next update is gonna suck, I'm out

the game has been too long in a unpolished state, ninja patches, completely broken vehicle gameplay, bullet deviation, everything that performs well getting nerfed non stop.

I see a pattern here, and quite frankly I have wasted my time too often playing games that over the years turned into shit, and at the moment I see little left from the game that I enjoyed playing during CBT.

Now obviously all that new BR system is gonna be pretty unbalanced at first, however the core of the game is getting less and less enjoyable which is what I am criticizing. My expectations are high, as they should be.

it seems to me that they are strangly incompetent for a milion dollar company.

Everything is still very unpolished, with every single update there is some really strange things going on, f.ex. the upgrading section of new UI, i understand bugs happen but seriously who tf designed it and thought this is neat?

or when confrontation mode came i thought it would be like whole territory to epic fight for but naaah another stupid 15m circle to meatgrind and leave all the rest of the map unplayed.

When people who want to quit their jobs explain to their friends and colleagues why they are quitting their jobs to others, they are actually still hoping that the treatment they are getting will improve. Those who have truly made up their minds to quit say nothing and leave, they say.
Perhaps this applies to the game as well, and the OP’s argument is clearly one of wanting improvement.

However, my guess is that even if the devs see this thread, it won’t suddenly improve the quality of the next update. Because the overall plan for the update is set, and they are just executing it in a solemn manner.
Users when they scream “I’m quitting!”…The developers may tighten their minds to prevent minor bugs from coming back as much as possible… but if all the problems this game has were solved by feelings, it would already be a high quality game.
In that sense, I don’t like threads like this because it seems to me that they only put meaningless pressure on the developers.

BattlefieldV once caused a great deal of confusion in the game because of too much criticism from users.
When some users criticized a particular weapon for being too powerful, the developers took their criticisms to heart and nerfed it, and when other users complained about that update, they took their complaints to heart and buffed it in the next update. The rules of the game change every time you play, inconsistent game experience…
It was a mess caused by the developers giving in to the pressure of a toxic user base and losing their initiative.

I have the same concerns I see here with the constantly angry people.
I understand the OP’s feelings, but we will just have to be patient and see what happens.

It took 10 years for WT to become a good game, wait another 7 years.

People would like to argue about that.

Correction. That may still not be a good game.

The game has been in development since 2017 or so and it uses a lot of assets from WT and CR, it’s like Bethesda recycling their engine for FO and ES all the time.
Yet it is in a sorry state and the devs want to “release” it in this year.
I am playing WT since 2014 and will the game sucks mostly due to money, its basics were mostly working properly. That can’t be said in regard to Enlisted and I am getting tired of the excuses with Beta and time while the devs have the nerves to demand ridiculous prices for four SMGs plebs, lie about their marketing/ game and even go so far as take people bought perks away and give them crap as “compensation”.

Enlisted is the same as a 4 year old child.
(And most of our users sometimes seem like 10 year olds…)
Be gentle with them.

Even after 10 years, WT still releases patches, that break something else, every time they patch the game.
Just like here, except here i would of thought here, they would of learnt, from previous WT experience’s

If you’re going to leave just leave? I have never understood people posting “I’m out” or “I’m quitting”

I really feel they all want some positive reinforcement that they made the right decision from their peers. Because deep down inside they are conflicted if they should leave or not.

I love the game, onwards and upwards I say :+1: You have good games, you have bad ones, but on the hole I have a ball playing Enlisted. Hopefully it will be around for a long time yet :grinning:

Breaking stuff is just the nature of forever changing/adding stuff.

Would you rather your game be supported for 10 years plus?

Or canned after 2 and left how it is, until servers shut down.

Yeah, not taking too much crap either been here for long time.
If game forces me to play allies or matchmaker throws me against premades by myself if i have too big rating or whatever.

Im out too.

What? In what context would the game ever force you to play allies? No one is not going to force you to play allies.

The creators think that taking a handful of games such as CoD or BF will attract a lot of players, and this time the trend is reversed.
An example of this is the success of Escape From Tarkov. FPS players want realism.
And we Enlistd players want a return to CBT mechanics.
Those who didn’t play CBT don’t know what the game looked like back then, but I paid for the game to have this shape.
And now it’s a cesspool full of ninja fights, mechanics to protect new players and nonsense like throwing end-of-war weapons on BR 1.0 because German end-of-war equipment is a total failure, and I’m talking about Volkshturm weapons.

The world is going to be a different place in less than 7 years lol

Are you familiar with how fast technology changes/advances? And also the state of the world economies? Once we have a large enough global crisis, videogames will become irrelevant for a long time. The ultimate survival game, will be right outside the door of your house.

You really believe people will be playing this game in 7 years? I’d be surprised if Enlisted’s lifespan survives two more years.
