Why doesn't the mg 42 have it's historical ROF,while the AN/M2 Stinger has its historical ROF?

The mg 42 should have it’s historical ROF,even if it will eat through it’s ammo in seconds.The AN/M2 Stinger is an overpowered LMG for the allies,and the axis need something to counter it.Something like the mg 42—with it’s historical ROF will be the perfect counter.Both LMG’s will have identical fire rate and comparable damage.(Even though the AN/M2 Stinger will have more ammo)
That is why I’m asking how the AN/M2 Stinger has its historical ROF, while the mg 42 doesn’t have it’s historical ROF?

Add a poll and stinger only needs to have the ammo in the magazine historically 100, not 200

And doesn’t make sense to compare an Event weapon with a TT weapon.
