They were doing that before, but then people would go on Community Bug Reporting System or https://support.gaijin.net/hc/en-us and spam reports

Turn off all game effects, select DX11, and then in campaign mode, use no more than four squad slots. Don’t ask me how I know; I’ve encountered this situation before.
We’re about 1.5 years into the PAK40 being “just a placeholder”.

DX12 working for you? No they should’ve called in whole Team and fixed their broken Game.
And very much importantly they should’ve addressed it officialy, saying they are srry for the issue and inconvenience, working overtime to fix it and keep us updated.
all we got was about the sound mod, which they just turned off, done, well done. still not a big issue since that is optional from users side. DX12 not working is Base game being broken, which is utter shit and handled bad
both DX 11 and 12 works perfectly, no red artifacts or rendering issues

I am a technical person so I tend to judge stuff by looking at every side, I don’t see how its “broken”.

You sure about that? YOu can choose DX12 alright but it’s not working, the game uses DX11 still
