They are about equal in maneuverability. The f80 has a much harder time going into a dive and pulling out of one than the 262. A dog fight between these two is going to whoever plays the plane better.
This game doesn’t aim to achieve the balance like CS. Instead, it focuses on the differences in equipment between the two camps as its unique feature. Total balance would mean that the distinctive features of the camp equipment would become uniform. Besides, is Germany really that weak in BR 5? If you really feel weak, then I suggest you go to BR5 in both the Soviet Union and the United States as soon as possible. Without forming a team, play 30 consecutive matches to experience their strength.
This is objectively false. F-80 has far better maneuverability in high speed. It’s the 262 that you will have a difficulty pulling up at high speed instead. Try to bomb a ground target at high speed with both airplanes, the difference is so obvious.
None of that makes Germany broken IMO, and the Scotti is Br 5 it could get away with being Br 4 IMO it has 15 rounds and no semi (or they give it a 25 round mag and it stays Br 5). Mkb 42 is solid but not OP by any means… Solothurn is prone or brace only which is pretty crippling, not as practical as the PTRS or the Type 97 which are both very fun because they don’t have the silly “prone or brace only” mechanic. Tiger yeah it hurts sometimes when I face it at Br 3 but that’s what an M9 is for so it’s hardly invulnerable or that big of an issue IMO. Germany gets some good gear sure but it’s not as spicy as some people make out.
As to the Italian AS 42 is unfair not the vehicle but the squad 5 men while Japan, USA and USSR get three man squads? no fun, But this should be the gold standard for these driver squads, good armament and 5 soldiers, the other squads need more soldiers. I am happy for Italy though.
Marder, Mas38, Solothurn and Scotti naval arent powercreep lol
I remember there is an event Me 262 in War Thunder.
It can carry as many as 64 tiny R4M rockets.
If this variant got added into Enlisted, it would completely save Germany’s air force at BR 5, haha.
I think it fully deserves to be placed at BR 6
I have the f80. The difference is clear. That the 262 pulls out of dives that i would most certainly die from in the f80. Maybe it’s because of the extra bomb weight? And the weight of loosing the payload on 262? It most definitely feels like the f80 struggles to aim downward more so than 262.
Can you please reference one other russian/u.s. TT tank with as powerful of a cannon? It gets good ammo reserves as well, unlike Japan’s.
Can you also please reference a br4 AR for any other nation?
Can you reference a non bolt action AT rifle for U.S., or one that is 20mm caliber, or one that does as much damage and penns as much armor?
Can you reference as good of an spaa for any other nation?
The mkb, and scotti naval are most definitely power creep. The problem with the german playerbase is y’all only think of russia. You think, “oh, well russia has the federov, so it’s okay for me to have a more powerful AR” even though no one else has anything close.
Not too long ago, the br2 standard was 500 or less rpm smgs. So yes, every single 700-800+rpm smg that’s been added is power creep. Including the mas 38
I believe y’all are mixing up the words power creep with over powered.
Power creep doesn’t mean over powered
There is in the game
To be honest, it is better to give this opportunity to the Fw series aircraft.
For what?
have you noticed that many people swear at offenror, are you sure that adding a panzershrek will change people’s attitudes towards this Grenade Launcher?)
It’s literally the same thing, a copy of a radium copy
You know it’s useless, right?
twisting the same thing is an interesting solution, but not the right one, the same Kugelblitz calmly gets into 3-5 settings.
I would ask for additional rank 3 units for backup equipment, but even so, the following will happen: KTH and Ferdinand
with weapons 8.8 yes, with weapons 128 no
It would be quite nice for 4-5 to see it.
There is also a jagdpanter in the premium version.
I will answer separately for what you wrote above.
machine guns
The MG-42-100 is now literally the best 5-caliber machine gun among all those presented. It’s perfectly balanced, has a high rate of fire, and has 100% pleasant recoil control.
The MG-81 is more positional and I personally use it in the APC squad.
A high rate of fire is good, but it gives its own special feature. I would like to add +100 base rounds, with a bag of 500, a total of 100/400 would come out.
assault rifles
The Germans have assault sniper rifles. from what even such a weak class does not lose much in combat effectiveness and even gets better against the background of Americans and Japanese
The Soviets only have ABC-36
but the Germans have as many as 2 copies, with different optics and different comfortable attack range.
but I think you still consider it a weakness)
The MKB-42W has recently been improved, and the H version should also be improved.
In general, I have no complaints about assault rifles and have never had any, they perform their tasks perfectly, I don’t like taking Suomi.
tanks and aircraft are quite strong, only direct hands will reveal all the nuances And strengths of these aircraft, I wish you success in mastering
and for the Jagtigr defenders with a 128 mm cannon, adding just such a version will inevitably lead to a new stage of the arms race, the combination of characteristics will only make everything worse, think about it, there will be no salvation for anyone and the process will be irreversible, if you really want a 128mm gun, ask for it.

The armor is not as strong as we would like, but it will be in balance.
At the same time, you can even think about 4 br or 5, you decide for yourself, but the time has not yet come for the 128mm jagdtigr’s
However, who will listen to me ![]()
To a lesser extent maybe, and that’s not necessarily what I meant. ![]()
The F-80 can literally pull up without the control getting stiffen up at the speed where Me 262 gets control getting stiffen up. So i have no idea what are you even talking about when you keep saying that Me 262 is better at pulling up at high speed. Go up to the practice mode and test both aircrafts. It would only take 5 minutes.
There are some exists if we include the event/premium vehicles. Also, USA/USSR doesn’t even need a vehicle with a gun like Marder because none of the tanks they would face have more than 80mm armor and even then the one with 80mm armor, they have huge weakpoints/flat paper armor turrets like Panzer 4 H. There’s a reason that why 75mm Sherman performs so much better on BR 3 compared to something like Panzer 4 H. Literally the stats are backing up this.
Well can you please reference 30 cal Thompson on BR 3 for any other nation? Now, don’t tell it’s an SMG because we both it’s not let’s be honest.
This is a unique problem for BR 1 USA as all other nations gets to use semi-auto ATR on BR 1. Germany only got one as a BP weapon with forced prone fire mechanic. I don’t think it’s a powercreep in any stretch of imagination. Unless you are one of those people who frantically opposes to any other nation gets something to use other than their favorite faction.
These are premium but sure. Skink is at least as good as taking out aircrafts as Kugelblitz. Now it lacks the killing power of 30mm so in the end it’s not as good as Kugelblitz on killing ground targets which matters a lot for sure but it’s there. Altho given that German/Japanese airplanes are rarely a problem for USA since they are obviously not as good as the USA aircraft so Skink sees less usage, obviously.
Powercreep means that the stuff that’s been added is better than the stuff that already existed. Which is not the case for SNR. Would you consider that SNR is better than the Fedorov Avtomat? At least for me, it’s not. MKB 42 on BR 4, maybe. But personally i don’t think it’s capable of causing a powercreep. Unless ofc, the game decides to give out like 9 of them with an event like they did with 30 cal Thompson then i’d agree with you.
I mean… even without Soviet you know the Hyde 1944 exists right? Literally better TT AR than MP 44?
So you gonna call it a powercreep as well, right?
You do understand that when the merge happened, PPS-43 was there, sitting on BR 2 and still to this day right? There was also Beretta 1918 and OVP now to think of it. So i think the claim that 500 RoF SMG was the standard of BR 2 is objectively wrong. Also if you really want to play this game then i’m pretty sure that USA got a plenty of amazing SMG with fast RoF on BR 2 even long before the MAS-36. For example, have you heard of UD 42 and Thompson on USMC squad? And new Viper SMG too, ofc.
Yes but you are literally using the examples that are not even a powercreep. How come that MAS-36 can possibly cause a powercreep when already far better SMGs exists on the same BR 2 for example? SNR causing a powercreep? That’s very interesting opinion. I don’t see them being used over SF like FG-42 2 or even MP 44 due to the very limited mag size and slow reload speed. Marder 3? Powercreep? Literally how? Solothurn? I don’t see the people complaining it’s better than PTRS or Type 97?
You forgot the Kugelblitz
It makes no sense to compare an Event weapon with a TT weapon, no matter how “broken” the latter is, when it simply can’t compete in terms of numbers Besides, not everyone arrived on time or completed the events that gave that weapon, and even fewer have bought or been lucky enough to get the weapon in the crates.
The three of them can destroy the Tiger without any problems
The Me 262 only has an advantage in speed and fixed armament for destroying the target, but it loses to the P-80 and the Meteor in turning speed.
You are right on this point.
It has a better turning speed, which makes it better in combat than the Me 262; the German fighter simply cannot beat the Allied fighters in combat.
Well, it’s an Events squad, so it’s understandable, especially since it has more weapons: 3 MGs and a 20mm cannon.
I don’t know why you keep insisting on the P-80 PREMIUM when it’s next to the TT Meteor, they’re better in air combat than the Me 262.
The 17lb gun, the 90mm of the Pershing and Super Pershing, the 100mm of the Su-100/T-34 100,The 122mm of the IS-2 They are cannons capable of destroying the 185mm of armor on the front turret.
They already have
But they are from the EVENT/BATTLE PASS and you can only equip a maximum of 4 soldiers, and only if you completed the events at the time or were lucky enough to buy Boxes Adding that new players have no way of being able to use those weapons as if they were a TT weapon
The same can be said of the Allies and Soviets with the MG42/81, STG44, Panzerfaust, Tiger 2H, etc. It’s not just German players who complain about the enemy faction’s weaponry.
You’re talking about the machine gun that’s in the Submachine Guns/Assault Rifles section with damage comparable to MGs and automatic rifles.
And now that improvements are being requested to be competitive, you accuse them of bias.
How curious that the Allies and Soviets destroyed that standard with their submachine guns with great CADENCE AND DAMAGE Unlike the Axis submachine guns with a low rate of fire
Panzerblitz tanks are not powerful Just like the R4M
With 88mm and 128mm if needed
You’re right, and it just so happens that this monster with its 128mm has to come along.
By the way, if that “arms race” starts again, then Maus and the E Series should arrive.
This is in the BR III that it should be
there is no reason, the Germans are starting the arms race, so the option with 8.8 is preferable, the developer will still not understand and will shit on the Players as always, and the satisfied miners will rejoice.
his br is any, starting with 3 br, a couple of days ago almost destroyed the is-2 late head-on, did not have time because they finished him off before I could do anything)
The distance was great, what more questions
It was the Allies and Soviets who started this because they gave them Fantasy and Captured weaponry to “balance” and compensate for the lack of skills of players from those Factions.
I think all German BR V equipment should be moved down to BR IV. Historically, Germany was the only country to field assault rifles and jet aircraft on any significant scale during WWII. Yet in this game, placing them at BR V alongside other nations’ experimental weapons and prototypes takes away what made Germany’s arsenal unique.
