Tanker Suomi-A better TT PPSh-41 Obrez for Germany

Before the Winter War, Finland made a few dozen of the Soumi to mount on their armored vehicles, the stock is removed and a specific shroud for the barrel to fit the mount. The shroud for the tank version is heavier(1.3kg)than the stander one(about 0.5kg), and it could be quickly removed from the tank and fitted with a standard barrel shroud which is putted in the vehicle.

In my opinion, a tank version Suomi with a 36 round box magazine would be a good option as a BR2 TT guerrilla weapons.

Please provide evidence that any of these were used or aquired by Finland during the war.

As far as I understand, the “Stavmagasin m/45” was a box magazine developed and adopted by Sweden very late in the war to go with the newly developed Carl Gustaf m/45 SMG. While compatible with both Swedish and Finnish Suomis, Finland would not start using this magazine until some time into the post-war period.

The 20-round Finnish made magazine is a way better alternative here…

Oops my bad, I thought only the 50 round magazine is from Sweden.

The 50-round coffin mag is Swedish designed, but unlike the later 36-round was used By Finland in the Continuation War.

I think this thing should be issued in a set with a Soviet sawed-off PPSh with drum.

I believe you have set its Battle Rating too low; it belongs at BR 3. You didn’t list the actual parameters, but based on its specifications, it should be rated as follows.
The rate of fire of the Finnish Suomi KP/-31 submachine gun was approximately 750–900 rounds per minute.

Br3 better

Idk if you read the post through, but the proposed gun doesn’t have a stock, so the recoil will be horrible like the PPSH obrez, so unless you want to move that to BR3, this belongs on BR2.

It’s basically a KP31 without a stock, the reason I assumed it as BR2 weapons is because the 36 round box magazine, but since it’s not a historical accurate option, a normal Suomi with a 40 round magazine would be a good option to counter the PPSh-41(box) which is already posted.
