I doubt that will happen. Even panzer 4j can penetrate t44 100 from the turret unlike King tiger where you need atleast 100mm or 90mm cannon to go through. T44 would only bring soviet tanks a bit closer to KT but it would be far from being better or overpowered
This doesn’t make sense the TTs have prototypes T-44 was not even a prototype you literally have prototypes in BR II Germany in the TT that where on less finished state then T-44 or IS-3 and Japan and US also. Really T-44 was not even a prototype in 1945 it was finished tank that was ready for combat simply there was no need of it Germany was gone…there was more T-44 produced then King Tigers.
The Soviets have literally cold war planes from 1946 while IS-3 and T-44 are 1944 projects …
In the German TT or the US or the Japanese there is prototypes that never saw combat or saw very limited combat less realistic then T-44 the Pershing is a perfect example USSR produced more T-44s then Pershing’s also if the game is full realism you cant win battle of Berlin at all so they wont be need for such tanks. Realistic scenarios are fun but the attacking force is given superior numbers over the defenders in Enlisted is the opposite if we have realistic battle of Berlin Soviets will have huge amount of equipment while in Enlisted you can have same amount of King Tigers as T-34 how this is historic ? Sorry T -44 and IS-3 are world war 2 tanks that where not even prototypes at this point. The only defiance is the USSR didn’t needed to put all its prototypes in to combat like Germany since the situation in 1945 for Russia was good they didn’t need to send T-44 in to combat and they had significant number of them ready not some paper design that was never build or some limited production for testing less then 20 we are literally talking about 555+ T-44s how this is considered even prototype ?
T-44 and IS- 3 can be added to the game and they can remove the body armor from the soviet faction finally. Its not fair to have same amount of King Tigers vs IS-2 since Soviet Union produced 3,854 IS-2 tanks while you have 492 king tigers produced as you can see this is 7 to 1 ratio + for the Soviets. BR V USSR needs better tanks since T-34 and IS-2 against same number of Panthers and King Tigers is neither historic neither balanced. During battle of Berlin Germany had around a dozen King Tigers while Soviet Union send 20,000 tanks in to this battle…while Germany had 1,200 … almost 1 to 20 ratio…

I think if they add the T-44 instead of removing body armor I think it should become purely cosmetic. Most people don’t notice how it causes you to have worse dispersion on the soldier it’s equipped to, so it’s a double edged sword. In my personal opinion it’s a debuff that makes no sense and the +10% damage reduction is slightly unbalanced. I say add the tanks, remove the body armor buff and keep it cosmetic.
Soviets should have armor where it matters, from the tanks not the chest plates.

I mean body armor can stay as cosmetic but without giving extra life but definitely USSR needs better vehicles for BR V. IS-3 and T-44 where produced in greater numbers then Super Pershing or other not produced prototypes.
Edit: also equalizing Fedorov Avtomat by giving other nations 1-shot ARs to have some variety in BR5 meta

If the T-44’s addition means body armor going bye-bye then it’s a small price to pay, so be it. Two things I will push back on though…
I assume you’re talking about the SU-9? I’m not a fan of jets being in the game in general and a post war one being in the game is particularly egregious.
If the IS-3 is to be added, it should be put into a theoretical br6. Br5 is already a bit too cramped and power crept imo. The strongest Br5 equipment could be kicked up as well

Body armor needs to go really its not a good game mechanic or it must have some very serious negative effects that slow your soldier down by 50% 60%

I dont care much about IS -3 since it has same problem like IS-2 with the endless reload and they put all the 100 guns behind pay or event wall.

Yes but no. The version exclusively produced in numbers was the T-44 A which was outfitted with the 85mm gun.
But the version most requested (the 100mm version) are litterly 1 offs ( 2 prototypes were made but each with a diffrent gun so it is still a 1 off) that never went into production.
But I doubt the mains will accept any version othere the one on the 2 100mm gun versions made.
Any but it was mass produced argument just does not work if you talk about any version other than the 85mm version.
If you only count the 100mm versions than they where indeed outproduced by the early SP prototypes 2 vs a one off if you count the 2 diffrent 100mm gun version seperately. If you do then the SP still had another 25 tanks made which had their springs internally stored instead. So outproduced is not correct here.
That’s not exactly true if we compare them equally.
Germany produced 492 Tiger 2 tanks by March 1945 when the production stopped.
The USSR produced 125 T-44 tanks by March 1945 .
With that in mind, Germany documented the loss of 480 Tiger 2 tanks.
While the USSR didn’t deploy a single T-44 top the front.
Which is why I am strongly against T-44.

Well the Battle of Berlin ended in May so I dont really see your point why the tank wont be in the game would have been much easier if SU -100 was in the TT and T-44 or IS-100 be some premium.
T-44 A which was outfitted with the 85mm gun can be BR V only if it have BR-365P ammo if its BR V but I would not mind it since will be even better then giving 100mm cannon version. T-44 85 with armor pricing ammo will be nice.
Then E-75 should also be in the game It is not fair that Germany has to put up with post-war Soviet prototypes.
Why E-75 Jagdtiger is enough they can be added. But T-44 is not exactly equal to E-75 its more comparable to Jagdtiger.
