You know…there’s one thing I’ll say…I rather tanks that were experiments of the WW2 era than jets in the game…
Which is a bit crazy for me to say but eh fuck it…

Im not chinese, im german;)
Nice
Hello there, German user. I’m Chinese, nice to meet you on the forum ![]()
Oh damn that’s cool
What the hell is going on here?
![]()
Aaaanyway, after some thinking done, and seeing the addition of M6A2E1 and kugelblitz, i guess the addition of T-44-100 is inevitable whether i like it or not. Oh well. I don’t like this endless prototype spam that would inevitably leads to cold war era with higher BR like 6 or even 7 but nothing i can do about it if the devs want this way. ![]()
It’s fine, it’s not your fault.
If you look at Germany, apart from the King Tiger, many of their tanks and aircraft are essentially experimental pieces of hardware: the Me‑262 jet bomber, the Ho‑229.
As their frontlines were collapsing, Germany rushed numerous half‑finished prototypes straight into combat. This gave their hardware this special status: lots of incomplete weapons saw combat far earlier than those of other nations.
Behind those advanced‑looking weapons lay terrible failure rates and high write‑off losses.
Adding the T‑44 family for the USSR is practically certain.
Here is how we could arrange BR tiers:
Place early T‑44 variants (85 mm and 122 mm versions), plus event/premium vehicles T‑44 and Object 248 at BR4;
Put the T‑44‑100 at BR5.
Still, Soviet players have to speak up for what they want. The squeaky wheel gets the grease.
Otherwise, while other factions receive brand‑new vehicles, the Soviet side will only end up with a Hanyang‑zao rifle.
Take the IS‑2 for example. If its loader gets killed, reload time jumps to 40 seconds.
Who can stay calm after waiting a full 40‑second reload, only to take out three enemies with that shot?
Don’t get angry over fools; take care of your health first.
A reminder to keep the thread on-topic and the conversation civil and respectful.
At the end of the day, gaijin does not give a single flying FUCK about historical accuracy both in Enlisted and even War Thunder…why I said that?
Cause gaijin with both games want ‘BALANCE’ to keep shit pumping…and ya’know some shit like that.
So at that point the T-44 will be in the game as a event tank in the future which will be 100% on my predict chart either you like it…or NOT…
And If you really want a historical accurate game…I hate to say it…you need to play Easy Red 2…OR you can play another game…cause again…this game is only focus about about balancing Infrantry, tanks and planes…like back in the early days.

There’s nothing we can really do about it…y’all have to come into reality when playing enlisted as a fanbase…that’s the best thing I can really say honestly…
I have two questions for you.
First, I like playing at 4 BR for Japan. How should I penetrate the T‑44‑100?
Second, Germany and Japan at 1–3 BR are dead in terms of online presence; players for these factions are stuck at 5 BR, where the weapon balance is better. Moreover, at 5 BR, the USSR’s weapons and aircraft are also stronger. The only reason players there keep playing for Germany instead of switching to the USSR is the King Tiger. If the developers give the Soviets a tank that is equal to or even better than the KTH, there will be no reason to play as Germany. Everyone will simply switch to the USSR, which will now have everything better.
I don’t think the developers need that.
At BR4 Japan only has the Type 4 Chi‑To and Type 5 Chi‑Ri medium tanks. One counter‑point is that the T‑44’s turret armour is not solid, so Japanese guns can potentially penetrate it. This argument is weak though. Historically Japan suffered severe steel shortages at this stage and could not mass‑produce new‑design tanks.
There is nothing we can do about it. Historically Japan only managed to produce this limited set of vehicles. We cannot break balance just to accommodate Japanese players, nor can we invent lore to give Japan a Panther tank out of nowhere.
That said, we could argue for moving the Tiger down to BR4. That would give Japan a heavy tank at BR4.
Though tank requirements were actually fairly low on the Soviet‑Japanese front. Most fighting was urban infantry combat, leaving little room for tanks to perform. Sometimes 75 mm self‑propelled guns worked even better.
The real issue lies with Soviet tanks.
If the loader on the IS‑2 gets killed, reload time jumps to 40 seconds. Its armour does not hold up against the King Tiger, and it cannot even match the M26.
Germany and Japan have a tough time from BR1 to BR3. The current meta roughly goes: US and Soviet players mostly stay at lower battle ratings, while German and Japanese players get pushed into BR‑5 matches.
Soviet tanks struggle at top tiers; when a King‑Tiger appears, they are mostly forced on the defensive.
Developers are supposed to maintain overall balance. The game should not end up split, with low BR for Allies and high BR reserved for Axis.
That is why I keep submitting suggestions: add side‑skirt armour for the Panzer IV; move the Bf 110‑G2 back to BR3; implement dynamic reloading for German tripod‑mounted semi‑automatic weapons; reopen access to the Browning and M13; add captured T‑34 and KV‑1 vehicles for Germany.
Yet DF holds all balancing authority and barely implements any of these changes.
Germany lacks a proper front‑line tank that can take hits. Even the Nashorn will not get moved down to BR4. It feels like the top‑tier meta is intentionally designed this way.
Soviet players do not want to be stuck at BR3 and have to fight for better options. If nobody speaks up, opportunities vanish. Soviets would end up with old rifles like the Hanyang‑zao while other factions receive powerful vehicles. Players need to voice their concerns, much like demanding unpaid wages. German players face the same situation.
If the Bf 110‑G2 returned to BR3, US air power would no longer dominate the BR‑3 skies. This imbalance is obvious; everything depends on whether DF is willing to fix it.
You are right, uneven faction strength across low and high BR brackets is real.
By the way, once the Soviet fire‑grenade squad is added, try Axis BR‑3 matches. Many inexperienced players will flood in using the new squad, and match quality will turn chaotic.
There is no real need to fear the T‑44. If we place the T‑44 and early‑variant T‑44 at BR4, 100 mm and 90 mm guns can penetrate its turret without much trouble.
Lmao, this guy is on an absolute mission. He’s replying to basically every single person in this thread like a preacher going door to door — everyone’s got to hear the gospel of the Sovite tech tree, whether they asked for it or not.![]()
I am sorry, did you expected to see something else under a suggestion topic? Not how guy passionately tries to make his point?
I mean anyone who came commenting here are kinda brought this on themselves.
What else am I supposed to discuss in this T‑44‑100 thread?
If I wanted to talk about adding tracks for the Panzer IV, or putting the rocket‑equipped Bf 110 G‑2 at BR 3, I would create a separate thread for that and avoid Soviet‑related topics entirely. In fact I have done exactly that. I was just as engaged in those discussions, yet I never got accused of preaching the “gospel of Germany” over there.
This thread is meant for talking about the T‑44. On top of that, fighting in the 6.0 IS‑2 against the 7.0 King Tiger is already a miserable experience. Why shouldn’t I advocate for fair changes right here?
A reasonable balance would be to incorporate the E-75/90 to fight against your fantasy Soviet tank
He didn’t see combat in WW2, his introduction should NEVER be doneUsing the same criteria, then Germany also has the right to receive Fantasy equipment in its TT, as has been the case with the Soviets and Allies.
They’ve already been given a '46 fighter jet, assault rifles, Cold War-era RPDs, and much more, but they’re still complaining. From German Armaments It can be seen that the majority of that Faction’s player base doesn’t have the hands or brains to think about how to deal with the obstacle in front of them. They already have the IS-2, Panzerfaust 60/100 plus the fancy equipment, but the complaints keep coming.
I highly doubt that the Germans and Japanese would like the situation of receiving freedom and democracy from the skies from P-47s and Meteors.
The Kugelblitz saw combat; the other one shouldn’t have been added.
This only generates more proposals to incorporate fantasy equipment because X tank/aircraft can’t or isn’t 100% better than its German counterpart, and there are only complaints.
Come on, cut it out.
You keep obsessing over historical accuracy and combat service, endlessly claiming Soviet vehicles are unfit.
Meanwhile DF adds plenty of historically‑questionable American and Japanese vehicles anyway. Air superiority is naturally America’s strength.
Who pulled the Bf 110 G‑2 out of BR 3 and left German BR 3 without air support?
Suggestions for Soviet vehicles are at least a hundred times better‑supported by real history compared to Japanese tanks.
What about the Type 3 Chi‑To, Type 4 Chi‑To and Type 5 Chi‑Ri?
Which of them saw real combat? Which had production over ten units? The Type 5 Chi‑Ri was nothing but a turret‑less hull. Some prototype records are also distorted by South‑Korean archivist errors.
Americans are nearly helpless without air superiority.
Soviet players take the 6.0 IS‑2 with a 20‑second reload in arcade mode against the 7.0 King Tiger with its 8.5‑second reload, and you think that is acceptable.
Why do you not claim the Type 5 Chi‑Ri performs reliably against the M‑26?
Instead of addressing the lack of decent vehicles for German BR 3, you come here and apply blatant double‑standards.
So Germany also has the right to receive fantasy weaponry in its TT, so why isn’t it, and won’t it be, fair that the other factions do have it That fantasy weaponry in their TT, while Germany only has in their TT what they used in WW2
Darkflow heeding the complaints of the Soviets and Allies of BR III, but they forgot that those factions have a better aircraft than the BF 110.
And you are also disproven when we look at the German and Soviet reports that they did not destroy/nor lose in combat those fantasy tanks.
Don’t make excuses or use Japanese weaponry to justify your equally fantastical Soviet weaponry
That’s their problem, and they’re not defenseless either when you have good weapons, and that’s only counting the actual weaponry that was used. And not the fictional one, because the situation for the allies improves enormously for them.
It makes no sense to use the War Thunder rating when it’s irrelevant in another game, and besides, in real life the Tiger 2’s counterpart was the IS-2.,If you complain about the charging time, will you also complain about the Jagdtiger’s?
I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong by reciting the introduction to German Fantasy Tank X when they’re asking for a Soviet one.
Other factions receive fantasy weaponry because it is needed for balance. If Germany need fantasy weaponry for balance of course it could receive it. But currently did Germany need those fantasy weaponry for balance?
