You do realise that they buffed M35 recently right? It has more dps than BR3 Beretta now. Its performance sits between Beretta and ZK-383.
I haven’t noticed. However, I can’t recall ever seeing the MP-35 in combat. But I see the MP-40 all the time. The MP-35 would be very conspicuous and arouse suspicion.

I haven’t used MP40 since merge - they suck, MP40 is basically a good BR1 SMG performance wise, MP35 is basically a high damage PPS42
I like the MP-40. I think, it’s a good SMG. I just thought the MP-35 was a very rare and conspicuous weapon, more likely to unmask than allow to blend in with enemy soldiers in the rear. Unlike weapons of the other upcoming event soldiers, which are quite common among factions whose rearguard the saboteur intends to conceal himself.
The mp 35 might pass off as one of japanese mp 28 clones on first inspection but an mp 40 would would just scream spy when used in manchuria (also mp 40 is already a premium squad for USSR but that not the point here).
I think that the mp 35 might honestly be weapon most capable of blending in on both fronts at the same time short of an actual mp 28.

It also has a magazine on the side and . . . thats all. But this two guns are quite different from each other.
The premium squad uses a partisan MP-40, handcraft-modified to accommodate a shell casing bag. Upcoming event squads will use weapons from the TT.
Is that an attempt to move soviet saboteur to br2, while other will be br3?

No. For some reason, it seemed to me that MP-35 was on BR2. Although these squads can have any BR at the expense of concealment, since they can be issued weapons from the TT.

These squads can be armed with weapons from the faction they belong to. Event weapons from enemy factions are unique in a single example.

Cool. You don’t want them in the first place and have voted that… you can move along with constantly mentioning it in everything mentioned to actually improve them for what they are.
However yes nobody asked for this and even if they were listening to certain people wanting some sort of mechanic like in ER2 where you can pick up enemies uniforms this isn’t how they were proposed.

Our Indian developers might have mixed up the model again, just like they did with the silenced M1(it has an inscription on it M1A1). If it really will be M1A1, that’s a problem. But if you want soviets to have mp40, germans should get pps43. American’s should get br2 weapon too then
