Despite having the same rate of fire as the Beretta 1918, the recoil is harder to control, longer reload time(2.7 seconds) .It should be a BR1 SMG to counter the PPD-34.

I don’t see the reason that OVP cannot be on BR 1 considering the fact that PPT-28 is also BR 1
