I’ll take this to heart and post an objective suggestion.
From what I understand, tier lvls each contain maximum 2 of a type of weapon (maximum 2 rifles, max 2 smgs, 2 tanks…)
I’d change this canvas. Like many before me mentioned, some weaponry, namely riflemen weapons like bolt actions and semi autos, are way too high lvl because of this canvas.
And it makes 0 sense, because one could argue bolt actions are more or less alike… the one at lvl 1, could easily compare with those at lvl 6. BOLT ACTIONS COULD ALL FIT IN 2 OR 3 TIERS
PROPOSITION: put bolt actions AND semi autos in lower tiers (SF rifle can stay up there).
REASON: If you devs follow the current canvas, middle tier bolt actions AND semis, will be underused OR ignored entirely… Because at tier 4 to 7, we have access to very good smgs AND lmgs AND flamethrowers AND WP…
TNT pack should be tier 1: Seriously you guys put it lvl 3, and engineers tier 2!!! That makes tier 1 vehicles, the most powerful and resistant in the entire game! Hello logic…
In short. REALLY try to make the game better for EVERYONE. Not just a select few that likes full auto spam.

I agree that bolt action and semi auto should be at lower tier. But your reason is kind of weak. Those SMG, LMG, flamethrower squad still need soldier with semi auto or bolt action. So there is no problem of it being ignored.
Same difference at this point. Fact remain that all bolties should be included in the first 3 tiers, like @Myrm1don said. It makes sense based on rounds amount at least…
