Mendoza C-1934 (M1934): Photos, History, Specification
Rafael Mendoza began working for the Mexican Army in 1928. In 1934 his system was adopted by the Mexican Armed Forces under the full designation Fusil Ametrellador Systema Mendoza C-1934. The C1934 was latter simplified and lightened renamed the Mendoza RM2. Production of the C1934 ran from 1939 until the 1950s with about 5,000 made.

C1934 were mainly supplied to the Mexican army, though small numbers were exported to Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Cuba. After World War Two, a large surplus of American BARs and the Browning 1919, would replaced the Mendoza in Mexican front-line service. This was in spite of a RM2 being offered in 30 06 by 1945.

Mexico declared war on the Axis powers in May 1942 and contributed both militarily and economically to the Allied effort. Mexico’s most notable military contribution was the 201st Fighter Squadron, the Aztec Eagles, serving with the U.S. 5th Air Force in the Pacific theater. The Eagles flew 59 combat missions, including operations in the Philippines, Japan, and Formosa.

Rafael Mendoza made his first effort at designing a firearm. It was a hand-operated, air-cooled, belt-fed “machine gun” with two barrels in caliber 7×57mm Mauser. Mendoza built one example, which he demonstrated on October 15, 1911

I like the weapon but was it actually used by any of the belligerents of WW2? Exported to any nation that participated during the war in combat?
