The Fiat G.55 is currently a BR4 fighter plane, and while it has excellent handling, it belongs on BR3 more than BR4. The turn time of this plane is incredible at 15.59 seconds, but it’s guns and bombs are rather lackluster in comparison; a single 20mm cannon with 250 rounds and four 12.7mm machine guns with 1,200 rounds and a pair of 100 kg bombs. While you can engage other aircraft and bomb the way it is, it is in no way close to other BR3 and BR4 planes. Here’s the stats of the G.55 compared to two BR3 fighters.

Comparing the stats, while again, the G.55 would fly good, it would have the weaker guns and bombs, so it would be fine at BR3 due to those trade offs. Therefore, I suggest that the G.55 is lowered from BR4 to BR3.
Specially now with the La-7 going to BR IV a lot of BR IV planes can be moved to BR III: P-63A-10,Ki-61-II Otsu Kai and BF 109 G-6 really this planes should not be fighting jets and are no better then the current BR III planes. Even maybe Ki-61-I Hei also is a bit slow to fight the jets since its worse then the Spitfire LF Mk IX.
Well yes G 14 and G10 should be BR IV and should have bombs also J2M3 is BR IV material very few props have chance at the current BR V and even for them im less and less optimistic considering the jet spam xD
But if the La-7 goes to BR IV it will help balance the other planes hope they give La-5 also 100 kg bombs. And a lot of BR IV planes to be moved to BR III and a lot of BR V planes moved to BR IV since really there is no logic for many of this planes to stay if the La-7 is moved.
