Give us the ablity to build MG nests outside of the MG squad

We should able to build MG nests outside of just using the MG squad. If the radioman can call for bombers outside of the radio squad then the Engineer and Machine Gunner should be able to build MG nests outside of MG squads. They don’t have to be HMGs such as the MG131, the MG34 is good enough. This should apply for Engies I and II and Machine Gunners I and II.
