FlakPanzer IV "Wirbelwind" BR III

so maus counts too as it was retreating which is form of combat operations.

Gotcha

I still think they should add the Arado

Pretty sure they only built a hull so no.

They built not one but two completely finished Maus tanks.
You probably confused it with the E-100 which did not have turret fitted.

Ah.

It did not see combat against enemy fighters and did not function as a fighter-bomber. So it’s FALSE

210 from series B and 14 from series C

You say this but… you want it at a Br where it will literally won’t even see the aircraft you cry about all the time it is clearly not being asked for, for that in the first place if it was being asked for, to counter the P-47 then it would get put at Br IV or V because the P-47 is Rank V it literally can’t fight at rank III I voted yes because I want to see more unique vehicles in game but I might just change my vote to no out of spite for the shade you Germie mains constantly throw at anyone who suggests adding anything else other than wonder waffen .4.

The one hull thing is reply to completely different knee jerk discussion about the Maus they built and used a few Arado 234s including the one that flew over and observed the beach head at Normandy which was a recon variant.

It lacks the armor and firepower to justify a BR higher than III It’s a Panzer IV with 20mm cannons that are only effective against infantry, APCs, lightly armored tanks like the Crusader, and aircraft. It does not have enough power to destroy enemy tanks, nor the armor to withstand enemy weapons. It can simply be used on BR III-V

I for the same reasons I want the M16 because who doesn’t love the good old meat chopper.

It was not particularly great at AA duties, but it was hilariously good at choppin Germies

I seriously doubt we will get either the M16 or the Whirbelwind because Snailflow hates fun.

This thing would be cool but not really all that effective.

It would be easily spotted and it is an open top. That’s a bad combination against a good pilot.

its kinda like the bf 110-g2 that got uptiered for no apparent reason.
Most likely it would be used as alternative in BR5 just like G2 rather than D12.

this argument is pointless anyway. This is not a historical or ‘iconic’ weapon game, nor should the prototypes be deleted.

if anything it’s the opposite… having mg 42, thompson, fg 42 and ppsh is standard for any ww2 game

Yep the fg42 is an iconic WW2 game gun, not iconic of ww2’iclnic of ww2 games

For a guy whos so against everything “rare” “not iconic” & “only few were made” I find it slightly amusing that you are requesting Hovea M44 ( 10 ? made ) for us TT.

But I guess it doesnt have to be all that iconic, mass produced or even used as long as it benefits murrica ?

Damn you, you’re still on about that.

Kinda funny how the guy that was spamming the forum with wierd prototypes and rare weapons that never saw use now suddenly turned into a HA purist offended by rare guns.

No I’m not using double standards
Everything is allowed rare guns and prototypes
Or real ww2 meaning fg42"out of the tech tree

I don’t have double standards I have two standards
Sorry but the garand fighting the fg42’ is no more ww2
Then the t20 facing the fg42

Yeah it existed it was used in numbers so small
You might as well be worried about
Lethal stds
Lightning
Failing parachutes
Brothers with shotguns

Not opposed to removing the rare weapons and prototypes from the tech tree
I am opposed to just removing the prototypes

T20s and fg42 need to be treated the same
T20 is fake well you don’t need a shotgun to swat a German fly

If the Germans had enough fg42 to be tech tree the us would have waited for production of something like the t20 before a ground invasion of europe

Sigh I like prototypes
I’d love a slimmed down tech tree
I am not opposed to Germany having the only tech tree ar
But acting like they had sf tech tree rifles

When most Germans had kar98
And most us had m1 carbines and rifles
Again either play ww2 or play a balanced game

They were real weapons
Used in combat
In such small number they could not even ar mThe paratrooper
Much less arm the German infantry
Yes entire units maybe even a division
Out of hundreds of infantry divisions

Again the t20 does not belong in the tech tree but neither does the fg42
It’s earned it’s place, in the game not the tech tree

Even for German all 3 models total 9 000
Even for German that’s a small number
100 000 g41. 400 000 g43
And crazy more mgs and smgs
So no it’s not a large number

After d day German was a house of cards
Us had to ship everything from america that’s why so little if it saw combat
600 000 m2s
If German hadn’t collapsed far more would have seen combat
German was desperate us was methodical
Again why everything saw combat
Look at failure rates for every tank nit called panzer 2 3 4 in its first fewcmonths

Not opposed to Germany having advantages like only tech tree ar
Am opposed to all other sf being removed but germanys, it was WW2 and I am sure the few thousand enemies that saw the fg42, and hundreds killed by it were terrified

Things allies used in combat
Nukes
Tallboys
Grand slam
Lancaster
B29

Ok German gets sf
Us gets strategic bombers lol
