It’s an SPAA, it shuld kick back at the rear and shredd low flying planes. At lower BR it would be used in OP Assault role, It needs to be at high tier so there’s too much of risk bringing it forward
Not really, in low br there are already several powerful 75mm anti infantry tank with short reload. This wouldn’t be much powerful than those tanks. Not to mention its penetration is bad against tank. So it will balance it out.
