The ZB30 is a straight upgrade of the 26 with a higher rate of fire and would be great as a tech tree, bp or event gun. now one of the following VB1 VB2 or soley MK4 would be great to add to the allies/uk. Adding in the rest of the 726 family would be good an might help them increase the introduction of new weapons.

I would just take the base level BAR 1918, drop it’s max rate of fire to 570 and add it to BR2. It’s iconic, served in every theatre the US fought in WW2, and there is not a US MG at BR2.

Its very unclear what you are actually suggesting here, for which faction, etc etc

As for the ZB with 30 rounds, the Chinese had those. So, I would suggest adding them to the Japanese factions as an event squad or event weapon. Maybe with a Manchurian collabarator squad or something.

Soley is a yes for allies, if they do something intresting with it stats at least.

I understand your point, but I respectfully disagree on two levels:

  1. I don’t think lowering the BAR going to BRII a reason not to add new weapons.
  2. Creating a BAR that is really weak compared to the others is really strange, especially since the earlier BAR might have been the better on irl.

I would prefer an other intresting suggestion for a BRII LMG instead of just lowering the BAR.

Yeah, I understand, I personally think the base BAR would be fine as is for BR2, but I know the German and Japanese mains would complain unless it were somewhat detuned. I also don’t think dropping it’s rate of fire to 570 would hurt it that much. The Soviet RPK 43 only shoots at 500 and I have great success with it, although it sucks that it only has a 15 round magazine. I do like the Lewis assault rifle, but I dislike the low 440 ROF, and it is another British MG at a BR level already littered with British MG’s. :joy: I would like to see more British BR2 smg’s and some US MG’s at BR2, however there aren’t a lot of choices for a BR2 level US machine gun, other then the BAR. The jungle BAR is an MG that they need in the game, and it could be made to be used in BR2, although I am sure the Dev’s would just throw it into BR3 along with the other three BAR’s. :rofl:

Yeah juggle BAR would be fun. But I think it would be difficult justifying its weakness compared to the other BARs. But I am in favour of Jungle BAR for BRII. But they have to be more creative in its debufs I guess.
