Basically im suggesting that all the Top End Props be moved down to BR IV and the props underneath to be adjusted and rebalanced accordingly in BR I - IV bracket.
BR V should be exclusively Jets such as Me-262, Su-9, Kikka, F-80A-5, Meteor Mk.3 unless its something crazy like Spitfire Mk 22 or P-51H
Not sure how much fun BR3 will be with B-25, P-47, and the Tu-4/ whatever the name of the Soviet BR5 bomber is.
TU-4 is cold war era and strategic bombers wont be added
By choosing BR IV, it high risk uptier to BR V
Currently everyone either plays BR III or BR V
People avoid BR I and BR IV line ups

So people from BR3 should suffer from BR5 content as well (again).
So solution is to run fun for BR3 as well?
soluton is to build anti air and spawn your own fighters as well

I’m still waiting for BR6. But besides that there are aircraft with enough CAS capabilities to put them in the same tier as jets, like the P-47 and Tu-2s
Note, I do see problems with jets. I would however say it makes more sense to nerf jets like adjusting their spawn locations or time.

I still think in a +/-0 matchmaking system this would be a bad idea. All planes currently in BRV would be moved to BRIV making all of them just useless slog to get through on the TT. Why would someone ever use a BRIV plane when a previously BRV plane is an option and has BRV stats?
like what specifically?, what few BR 4 fighters there are bascially no different than BR 5 fighter props (and its pretty much only Germany…heres the kicker, the G-10s ARE basically K-4s). Same goes for BR IV attackers of which there are few (and most of them are BR 3 planes). None of the BR 4 attackers do something that isnt already on display in BR 3. (except maybe the poor beaughfigher)

theres always going to be meta for the players that favour the path of least resistance …and thats true of any BR regardless. And that is usually “what has biggest boom”…doesnt mean its objectively the best…just the easiest to extract gratification (low skill floor)

Until Gaijin goes to a 0/0 matchmaking (which likely they never do), for all intensive purposes BR 4 is BR 5. I do have one all BR 4 lineup German lineup, and when I choose that level for a general game, I ALWAYS get BR 5. So, I only use it in custom matches.
If Gaijin ever goes to a 0/0 then it would make a difference when playing, otherwise it’s changing planes to BR 4 would only be different in your inventory.
nah, make a BR6 and put jets there
The soviet jet right now is a post war design so if there was a hypothetical BR6 then you could put everybody’s insane power trip fantasy gear there. Give Germany the Maus. Give everybody 1950s tanks. Give the USSR actual AK47s. Just keep it quarantined away from the rest of the game
Just let everybody else enjoy WW2 properly in the BRs below
Why stop at the Maus? Just give Germany the Ratte as a map you play on. It’d be a very different gameplay experience, that’s for sure
No, the Maus tank is too unbalanced and cannot be added. Furthermore, as a World War II history game, jet aircraft are already at the matchmaking limit; we can’t have a Tier 6 Cold War/World War II matchmaking system, which would be as ridiculous as War Thunder.

Pretty much every fighter should have a home in BR3 or less while Br4 should be reserved for high payload attackers.
No need for Br6.
