documents or no documents doesnt change the fact that in game cosmetics shouldnt affect gameplay. if body armor is needed to be a game mechanic, then it should go into bag slot and it should be available to all nations.

I would do this:
- I would remove the cuirass bonus from Customization (customization should not affect gameplay, but is needed to stand out from other players)
- I would transfer the cuirass to the backpack slot (I would make this a factional feature in the game)
- In the backpack slot, I would write that this cuirass gives 10% protection.
Addition: In the game, when customizing fighters, pouches and backpacks often appear, but they do not give anything, since they are in customization, and not in the Backpack slot
I would also remind you that Enlisted is an arcade shooter in the first place and is not a simulator.

Your tests however were done during time when father sunshine wasnt very happy about failures or meeting production requirements.
Hence its fairly reasonable to question these tests credibility.
I believe someone earlier did say hes volunteering to shoot you point blank while you wear that armor.
I think that would be more than enough prove from your side.

I have been playing this game since the Enlisted Closed Beta Test, and I have seen how the developers of this game tried to play “Realism”, “Simulator” and “Historicism”, and what happened after that when there were only bots in the opposing teams. Therefore, Enlisted developers have followed the right path, the path of Symmetrical balance. But alas, Cuirasses break this balance in customization. People who talk so much about maintaining this protection just don’t want to lose their unfair advantage, which remains as an atavism of the times when developers wanted “Realism”. And please remember terms like “GAMING CONVENTION”, which is needed for balance and interesting gameplay, and “ARCADE SHOOTER” - what is Enlisted game?
gaming convention- by this I wanted to say that it is acceptable for a game, especially an arcade shooter, to make edits that contradict Realism in order for the gameplay to be comfortable and more honest.

This is an unconditional lie by a supporter of a certain side. I will explain why. In our game, every weapon is meticulously aligned with the documents. For many years, the characteristics have been changing according to the documents. And now you dare to claim that there is no alignment. This is a blatant lie. If we consider the documents in the weapons, then we must adhere to a unified principle.
