Im talking about premium squad from way back called 60th infantry regiment

Since some changes happened to tech tree in last couple of years, for some weird reason Western allies can obtain the very same BAR 1918 also without bipod from regular tech tree as well. Im suggesting at least the very bare minimum of a change that would make this squad look bit more appealing. If you wish to preserve BR of the gun then i suggesst you give it a 30 round mag and give it a bit polished skin. Back in the day they were experimenting with larger mags and they came to conclusion that 30 round mag would be the go for solution if changes would be made. imo will be cool to see that.

I love this squad but unfortunately the colt monitor is way better

I think it would just be better for premium squads with tech tree guns to just be able to swap those guns out to any other tech tree gun. It’ll basically be a squad with the premium XP boosts and a 4th machine gunner like you see here

So you can run 4 guys armed with best MG in tech tree available instead and still getting premium bonuses ? i dont think that will ever going to happen in slightest of possibilities :smiley:

Yeah, a squad with 4 machine gunners is still going to be worse than just running a squad of 9 riflemen with select fire rifles

I think they should just let us change the weapons on any premium squad that comes with a weapon from the Tech Tree

They are holdovers from the old campaign system where not every campaign had the same weapons

Honestly I don’t mind them and I would buy them. Sure they’re already in the RT but they’re almost like a collectible

Perhaps the BAR in that campaign was a different model. A1? Or A2? What a cheap scam this sounds like.

I agree with your statement, however I would go one step further and say we should be able to change weapons on EVERY premium squad since we paid for it. There should be some bonus to donating money to Gaijin. :wink:

Could you maybe try and understand the context to my reply a bit better, I stated that in response to a comment talking about “4 guys armed with best MG in tech tree available”

Are you gonna find the best MG in the tech tree at BR3 or BR5?

Yeah that’s a very odd comparison. I’d take a 4 man BAR squad over a 9 man squad with BR 3 rifles but definitely not over a 9 man squad of T20 rifles.

If nothing else, Gaijin could generate more sales by unlocking premium squads after a person buys X amount of squads. Five, ten, whatever the number they decided to put on how many squads a person needs to buy to unlock ALL of their premium and event squads.

Currently, I have 76 premium squads and 26 Event squads throughout all my factions, so, I feel I have more then earned the right to unlock them. :innocent:

Gaijin should learn how to take care of those that take care of them, or them will eventually stop taking care of Gaijin. :wink:
