last I checked the Mag-fed reload is unbalanced at br3 as the G41 reloads with clips.
By your logic, The SVT-38 sould be either BR3 with a Clip reload, or BR4 with a mag reload, no?
soviet players do the same, just look at the countless threads about body armor and the SVT-38 issue
But if good old SVT have to be nerfed only becouse other factions dont have mag reload why MG-34 can be faster then any other mg in BR3?

Soviets was out of semi rifle in br 2 for 3 or more years, and still some axis guns still have more damage like Pavesi. You dont need many semi - 5-6 will be fine - to give it specialists.

The ovp has a high fire rate, but a low mag cap and it is very hard to use
