Got shot through 3 line of trees today. Yep, not fun at all.
What makes it worse is I aimed for these trees while running in hopes that enemies won’t see me.
Today is the first time I played in the last 20 days or something. Not looking forward to firing it up again tbh.
They nerfed the pz2C in war thunder too, actually also a ghost nerf.

Honestly though, premium squads are too over priced unless you’re gonna reduce the price when the game goes in Open Beta and justify the reduced price is because its no longer giving you access to the game.
IMO its better to get DP and MG34 for everone and not lock such iconic weapons behind paywall of premium squads
My guess is that this would be because everyone will have these available in the campaign tree and they don’t want them to be only premium units.

Please do not give exclusive weapons to premium squads, that fucks collectors a lot, give them unique uniforms, give them the perks uploaded, give them weapon skins, but do not give them weapons because in addition to being p2w as demonstrated with the mp41, gives the feeling that being F2P you can not get everything in the game,
the game must be play to fast, not pay to win …
Don’t know if they are all ‘wehraboo(s)’ but there has never been a doubt on which player base is larger. Many of the unbalance issues start from there.
The player base is split now between campaigns. I have more bots on the German side than usual now.
As if giving SU better free weapons is any better.

I’ll rephrase the stuff in braces for you. Devs so far hasn’t missed an opportunity to mess up balance with weapons especially when it comes to SU(other than prem). DP is the next perfect candidate for it.
Soviet forces used the Chauchat during the Russian Civil war, it’s unlikely they were still in service, but later Soviet records featuring foreign equipment was largely destroyed for ‘patriotic reasons’.
Which is why few photographs of allied lend lease equipment survived the war.

I mean, its actually better to give DP and MG34 to both premium and to campaign tree so there’s no OP weapon.
But give it a difference like maybe premium MG34 have smaller magazine than the tree one.
Like how German Normandy premium squad have MP28 which is the same gun with the one in Moscow campaign

And why not make free squads equal. Dial back the PPD drum recoil so that it’s magazine and fire rate advantage is nullified. And introduce DP-27 to counter MG-13 while giving it heavy recoil to nullify the huge magazine that it gets over German counterparts.
There’s your assymetrical balance on terms that’s acceptable to most people.

Maybe not the alpha values. But it definitely needs a recoil increase. It’s ridiculous at this point. In the hands of a player with good trigger discipline, currently, it outclasses the MPs in a role that it is made for. Medium range engagements.
The premium squad is making the game friendly for noobs. Look how that is going.

And the PPD is quite literally fine as it now is compared to all of the MPs beside the MP28 which should be brought in line with the Normandy MP28 stendo.
