imagine being delusioned and thinking being competitive means something in enlisted while lashing out at other members on a forum when gets told that the majority of this game is to an extend, against Ai.

why play in clan in this game in the first place? The most you can achieve with it is ruining the game of 16 other people with a stomp.
I played with many clans in Heroes and Generals and let me tell you, it was glorious!
We cooperated with other German clans to encircle or capture strategic objectives, moved divisional sized units on the map and destroyed allied clans countless times.
We looked down heavily on the clans that played casual game mode to avoid fighting us.

I really enjoyed this event and am very happy that it was left in the custom game.
Well, after I got my zombie portrait, I was too busy with the My Japanese army grind to play zombie mode again…lmao
Anyway It was a really nice game mode for an occasional change of pace.
I hope the developers will implement a PVE mode, it would be a great way to get more people to play the game.
The regular game still has many problems. Especially serious are the unfair matching and the fact that the Faction’s advantage or disadvantage varies greatly depending on the trend.
Long time players like me know how to deal with such things. But it’s like I join the trend, or pick and choose the time of day to play.
At least the grind can go on, but it is a real inconvenience,
Currently, you can only hope for decent gameplay about 1 in 10 times. There are only overwhelming victories or overwhelming defeats, really boring and stressful games.
If the game launches on Steam again in the future and aims to attract new players, it will be essential to solve these problems. But as keofox said, improving MM and further subdividing BR is probably very difficult with the current lack of player base.
I believe that PVE mode is the only way that new players can be established in the game and that it is the way to solve the regular mode player base problem in the future.
I can forgive some of the unreasonableness of regular mode if there is a game mode where everyone can feel comfortable and feel like a war hero, a place where they don’t have to worry about unfair matching and Faction trends. So PVE mode is still necessary.
This was a worthwhile event that showed me the potential for developers to create fun PVE modes.
May Enlisted in 2024 be an even more fun and interesting place. I’m seriously looking forward to it.

Because we are establishing a competitive scene internal to clans, via modded maps for balance and tickets. These games are honestly a blast and enlisted plays like a whole new game when you have 10 competent players per side.
But mostly just because we have friends and enjoy playing with them. But to be completely honest, it typically takes only 1-2 of the U45N, CHL, or EVA guys is all it takes to turn most matches into a stomp, because the average player is just not fantastic at gunplay and doesn’t care to get better.

We just enjoyed the game mode. A group of us died on 69 on our 4th run which showed up as 68 on the leaderboard (which didn’t exist when we got that high). So we wanted to get to 69 cuz funny number.

Oh I don’t think anyone EVA cared… we just wanted to hit the funny number. If one of us was bragging about it, I’ll smack em down.

yeah that make sense, custom games especially mods have a lot of potential for that.
But queueing for random games with 3 other veterans is just lame, Enlisted community has little interest in joining a clan or using VC just to win a match. Unlike H&G there is no strategic objective/gamemode just a 50% victory bonus after a single match.

Generally we only try to do that when picking the disfavored side. But sometimes the “join any team” puts a stack of us on Japan cuz reasons.
Not to mention after like 2 separate 3-hour games, none of us wanted to do that again LOL

Also, there is nothing wrong with playing regular games with friends.
But this game, by design, is incredibly strong when played with a full stack. I sometimes play games with a full stack of friends and have hardly ever lost such a game. In many matches, we are only up against solo/casual players.
Matchmakers are a problem and it is hard to say that the game is fair and competitive.
If a clan member comes along and stomps on a solo/casual player and says “we are top players”,
this would be a horribly lame act and would only make the other players laugh.
Of course, I’m not talking about you or anyone in particular, I have yet to see any clan saying such a thing, just in common belief.
I think Valkay is talking about such common belief.
In other words, you and Valkay don’t need to argue.

Well they need to prioritize stacks fighting each other tbh. That would be the start to fixing stack imbalance.
But some of my more fun games have been fighting stacks solo, so ymmv
Of course. EVA clan members are among some of the most arrogant, self-centered, toxic, and vain individuals I’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing or playing with/against.
That’s great.
If you can fight against a full-stack team solo and help your team win, then you are definitely an excellent player.
This was one of the best events I have ever played.
Higly enjoyable.
And nice to see Alot of people played it 
for the ones that got to such high round level, well done! Higly impressed by that
