The Problem with Repeatable Boosters

Do you think of 1 level of repeatable BP as 4 rewards (2x +100%, plus 2x silver weapon orders plus 1x silver troop order) or something else. Because, at least at the beginning, each reward is 45 gold, or 180 gold for a full “level” of 4 rewards. If that’s the case, a player would need to purchase 25 full levels @ 180 gold per level.

175 gold for each booster and eacg silver orders. Full cycle of 2 orders and 2 boosters is 700 gold.

175 gold must be your average for the 100 rewards that you purchased, because each reward is 45 gold at the beginning.
For anyone that wanted to split the difference it would make sense to only purchase rewards until they increased in price.
Do you remember what the top price was for each of your final rewards?

What he said. I don’t doubt you, but I’d love to know when the price goes up, by how much and how many times.

I don’t remember what BP’s prices were, only current repeatable ones.

Fair enough. I’ll keep hoping for better data, as it sits my repeatables are 45g per level, Fenrikr said his went up to 75 at some point, and yours are at 175, but I don’t know how many levels each step takes or if I’m missing price increase steps. Thanks for the contribution, any data is better than no data, as mine gets better I’ll change the math to reflect this, and update the post.

I just tried this out of curiosity. After I purchased Seven +100% boosters @ 45 gold then the price jumped to 75 gold for each reward.
After using the boosters the BP rewards DO NOT reset @ 45 gold but remained @ 75 gold.
So you can buy 7 +100% boosters, 7 silver weapon orders and 3-4 silver troop orders (depending on where in the cluster of 4 rewards you begin purchasing @ 45 gold) for 630 gold. Quite a bargain when you consider that to complete a campaign level towards the end of a campaign is 180,000 XP or about 4200 gold. I happened to spawn an Assault map and received 194,813 XP for 22 minutes which included x1.5 for the victory and 1.4 for being at the top of the leaderboard……so 8,855 XP per minute

Good data. had you previously purchased battlepass levels? might be important.

No, I still enjoy playing the game, but this purchase did allow me to skip the grind for the Fw 190 A-8 which is bugged.

So, we now know the the price for each reward caps @ 175 gold and begins @ 45 gold.
Safe to say that the price increases 30 gold for every 14 rewards purchased. So the levels would
likely be 45, 75, 105, 135 and I’m guessing a bump to the max of 175 gold after purchasing 56 rewards.
So, if true, 14 each of those levels would total 5040 gold (about $40 usd) and return x28 +100% boosters, x28 weapon silver orders and 14 troop silver orders. This would not need to be purchased or used all together…the price for each reward is stable for each level.
For a certain number of people, it’s not a bad deal and would save many hours of grinding.

That’s probably a good enough approximation to work with until and unless we get the firm numbers. I’ll spend some time trying to get google sheets to do that math, haven’t had to do that kind of scaling yet.

Not a bug, is it exploit?
So use this info if You want, but snail will take your xp away or perma ban you.
With just 10$ that gets You battlepass, get it to level 60.
Start stacking xp boosters everyday, but don’t claim them so they don’t expire.
After a couple weeks You get a free - no 50$ - 5000% boost.
Get lucky to time it on custom games release and enjoy a free rollback of your xp.
Won’t be supraised if perma bans will roll out once snail figueres out they don’t take enaugh of your money and soul to get some digital weapons, even though there is clearly no mechanic that stops it, their shitty ui is to blame. Still will fix this sooner than fixing spawning menu UI beacuse it will actually hurt thei A$$

That’s why it’s not in bug reports

I don’t know if they’d consider in an exploit, since it’s cash expensive to pull off.

Yeah, that would work, just changing time out for money.

They tracked base XP in trying to identify the people exploiting bots. Normal base xp = not exploit, even if you have a massive booster.

Since keo recently stated that exploiting game will soon get you perrma banned, and this was 'mercy" to just roll back xp faster than they rolled back bots, i won’t be suprised if they find they shitty ui somehow bugged and do same here, or worse.
Also my first sentence was a question, since they can decide whatever they want, and are clearly motivated only by $$, and only metric they look at is suffering / min, this may soon be demend a exploit or something.
I loled so hard when i saw the post admiting they don’t even look at forum posts, and the now “we will pay closer attention to community”, aka ctrl+f ‘xp exploit’

Eh, I’d still bet they just force you to auto-claim BP levels when you get them, if they care enough about the free method to stack them up. The paid method would still work, therefore they still make money on it, so it’s not a problem, right?
Also, they rolled back bots a whole day before rolling back cheaters’ xp.

Why don’t you tell me more facts i don’t know about, please don’t.
Keo also said something about fainess and equality, so if a not even f2p, beacuse 10$, but low paying customer does that it’s exploit, but $shilling out 100$ is somehow not?.
I bet $nail will prefer the whales buy campaign levels for low price of 5000$, rather than getting 50$ boosts and playing one game

Erm, what?

Like I said, I don’t think they’ll see it that way. I could still be wrong, time will tell.

I did point that out in the original post, can’t argue with you there.

The actual math, accounting for all the changes and data I didn’t have based on y’all’s input and some extra work, can be found in the linked post.
