I agree with you about Chi-ha and Firefly! Why do they remove vehicles that are sold in the game?
Itās just usual Gaijin stupidity to generate revenue from the ālast time before removal saleā and hype them again when they come back (at full price with FOMO timer). Itās really scummy tactic, they should be put at -75% discount instead as they are treated as a trash by Gaijin anyway.

I agree. I really like this update.
Playing Berlin 24/7 is rather annoying.
Just add the promised custom match limitation options, so those who get a heart attack by this update making the game unplayable for them, can just have their own match making

If i remember correctly, on reddit or youtube, people talk rather positive about it. Also the enlisted forum has only a minority of the player base. 67 players of thousands is not really a trustworthy source to decide that by forum likes onlyā¦

Also, flying in Moscow maps is rather pleasant.

Preference or not, to be honest, people who quit like this concequently ruin the fairness for about 5 other players in each match by giving them a disadvantage.
So id rather ignore those kind of egoistic players.

Plus ones on the PC launcher, Xbox and Playstation too. Right now now not even 1% of players are getting angry on the forum. It doesnāt show us a full picture.
Those maps still need some reworks as they are too open especially Tunisia, some Moscow maps and Berlin feel way too slow even for BR1-2 standards.

Me as well.
The only problem I have is Tunisia. And itās because of quality of those maps, not because of some pseudo HA BS reasonings.
In my opinion, majority of Tunisia maps would need total rework to be on par with other maps.
And since theyāre testing this without telling us in advance how the preferred map system will work. Thus Iām reacting to this change from the perspective that something like this may not even come up.
And I really donāt think Tunisia maps deserve to be on all BRs. So much so that people canāt even avoid them.

I like Tunisia maps.
Something to do with desert battles. Or that itās very bright. And the buildings are the most detailed of all war theaters (multiple stories, variations, furniture, detailsā¦)
(Also because itās a Commonwealth campaign eheheh)
I concede some pathways and cap zones could be refined though. But hopefully devs are working on it with the suggestion here:

Tunisia maps were made with slow flying planes, slow tanks with weaker cannons, bolties and mediocre smgs/mgs not laser accurate instant murdering high capacity mgs, sf rifles, drumg smgs and ofc ARs. They really need a rework with way more cover around the map as BR5 is just unplayable. BR4 is fine for the most part but rework would enhance the experience.

Stinger that is way more deadly, Drum tommy at BR3? I donāt think so but now you have real drum tommy with 100 rounds, MG34 is not as insane as MG42 100 and Hyde + Stg44 + T20 + M2 + FG42 II
it would be nice to get new maps that arenāt related to major battles instead of opening old maps to all BR if the tests end up being permanent. This feels like a lazy way of adding more maps to other BR even if they say theyāre still going to be adding new maps

From my perspective, the main issue here is definitely this:
They should have first explained how this will work.
Maybe I am biased, maybe you are biased.
Who knows.
I think most of Tunisian maps are objectively bad. And itās not like some people canāt like objectively bad maps.
I donāt think itās important anyway.
People should have some way how to avoid campaigns they donāt like to play. Other than desertion ofc.

Like and dislikes are preferences that canāt really be influenced. I just like those maps, I know some donāt, itās fine.
I do want a mode, map, theater selection option as well. It will remove many reasons to desert without frustrating uselessly the playerbase
