I don’t give a damn about the rewards, just abolish this disgusting new map selection system. If you can not do it yourself, then let them do them players, enthusiasts who will do for free or for a nominal fee will be found.

We were talking about making new maps and adding some incentive as encouragement of those modders while you talk about completely different topic. Enthusiasts will do a half assed job without a real incentive as they are wasting their time that they could spend on making their own game (if they have a talent for map making).
Well , am I against this incentive, it would be great if Darkflow would make a deal with fans to make cards and Darkflow would reward them, at least in-game.
How is it trolling? He doesnt want to play those maps so he quits. Its not his fault that the game that he once played for HA is now a COD vanguard level clown show and that you can no longer select where you want to play.
This game has lost its Identity bit by bit.
It used to be a pretty faithful representation of WW2 battlefields. Even the fact that you lead a squad instead of being a lone wolf soldier is way more realistic in that aspect than other games in the genre.
But now you got AK47, RPD, Samurai armor and Gas mask tank top guy, Italians in Berlin, Ofenrohr for everyone, Battlerifles that shoot like laser beams, Cold War Jets. Whats next? Japanese in Berlin and Germans in Guadalcanal?

I wasn’t against the AC-44 and RD-44, Fedorov and T20, Haida1944 and Type Hey automatic rifle. I got over it, after all, balance is an important thing. But what they did with the new map selection is just too much for me now

Soviets doesn’t seem to care about overall balance, they only seem to care when it harms them but when it’s harmful for the Germany at BR2 (all smgs and semis), BR3 (smgs and semis) and BR5 (weak SF rifles and no equivalent to Fedorov Avtomat/MG/Rifle and RD-44) then Soviet mains just ignore those issues and act like it doesn’t matter.

Shows the attitude of the people, most of them are apparently against the new selection of maps. So it’s time to bring back the old system.

Well since you force my hand I must say that this “test” is a thinly veiled attempt at boiling the frog.
The real solution is to add more battlefields(maps) that cater for each faction at every stage of the war.
Ie.
Khalkhin-Gol For Japan vs USSR BRI
Iwo Jima for Japan vs Allies BRV
Collogne for Allies vs Axis BRIV-V
Liberation of Italy for Allies vs Axis BRIII-V
But NOOO this requires actual work and resources to be put into things that matter.
Instead I feel like the devs just want us to be a bunch of Yes Men. Fuck that. Fix your game

There is no way they would add a map and restrict it to a single BR. So in Khalkhin-Gol (1939) you would absolutely see time traveling PPS-42/PPS-43.

They told us they will be removing it. But i’m more surprised about removal of Chi-ha and Firefly. They better add them to the TT or at least as event vehicles (along with Churchill 7 and Soviet Matilda)

It’s just usual Gaijin stupidity to generate revenue from the “last time before removal sale” and hype them again when they come back (at full price with FOMO timer). It’s really scummy tactic, they should be put at -75% discount instead as they are treated as a trash by Gaijin anyway.

I agree. I really like this update.
Playing Berlin 24/7 is rather annoying.
Just add the promised custom match limitation options, so those who get a heart attack by this update making the game unplayable for them, can just have their own match making

If i remember correctly, on reddit or youtube, people talk rather positive about it. Also the enlisted forum has only a minority of the player base. 67 players of thousands is not really a trustworthy source to decide that by forum likes only…
