Darkflow needs to add an actual customization, like letting us pick the type headgear, faces, uniforms, camos, cosmetic like backpacks into the game rather then this randomized uniforms

Oh my. I cared so little about how my soldiers look that I belive they are still the same as befor.

But in all seriousness, this was a much-needed and accurate post of whatās going on; thank you YouniquE! This is a fantastic game with a lot of potential and a great player base, itās important these problems are recognized and remedied. With 1000 hours played and hereās to another 1000 hour!!!

In a civilized country this would be illegal and you could have a case against the company. Russia on the other hand, I donāt know.

Should reconsider next time some developer from a developing country releases a game. Customer service is a thing that only exists in certain countries.

As I said when they added in this feature, its a waste of money and pointless to spend gold on.
Iāve even stockpiled my Battle pass appearance orders since I simply donāt care.
As for your repeated use of ācountlessā, I highly doubt a majority of the playerbase spent gold on such a useless feature. As to the players (how ever few there may be) that did spend actual Gold on these appearances, I have very little sympathy.
As for any refunds, I think the devs simply donāt care about it, as like I said above, I suspect the amount of people affected by this is smaller than you realize.
Oke next time Iām gonna come for your golden order stuff/premium squads, I dare you not to care tough guy.

this is outrageous, who the f cares about solder customization? The player base cares. WE Need to see this be fixed. I WILL NOT PLAY THIS GAME UNTIL IT IS FIXED.

Unlike you, I donāt have many premium squads and the one premium squad I have I couldnāt care less about (havenāt played it in months). As for gold order stuff, I bought the Hurricane and Sherman, I use neither of them. For guns, I donāt care much about them as normal weapons are better and Iāve yet to spend a gold order for troops afaik.
Overall, I think this entire thread is just a community of players within the larger community of Enlisted trying to jump on a mistake on the devās part, and turn this molehill into a mountain.
As a player, I barely remember this is a feature on a day to day basis.

Much like the people that paid money to customize their soldiers, I have both time and money to waste.
if Darkflow is charging $ (including elite battlepass fee) to change appearance, then they have an obligation to ensure the customer keeps what they paid for.

Thatās great, likewise, glad that we at least have one thing in common.
Going from that, thatās still not a reason to be screwed over regardless, big time or small time, care about or not care about. Yes devs did a mistake, multiple, but another important aspect here is not us going buuu buuu waaa waaa waaa cuz we lost a translated into minuscule amount of gold thing, is that their mistake kept on going not once, not twice, not 3 times but 4 times in a row and at this point it needs to be addressed.
Edit : At the end of the day if you read the last lines of the support ticket response, the handler ( for which I still have my utmost respect desipite contradictory beliefs ) specifically recommends going to the forums and raising attention. That being said at the end of the same day you simply canāt blame me or anyone else posting on this thread/topic as weāre all doing what we were instructed to do ( more or less ).

While you see yourself wronged and are demanding action, I see a group of people turning a molehill into a mountain.
Thatās what devs just did by changing soldiers apparacence for 4 times in a row, thereās no other way of putting it so thank you for that.
Took a small mistake , rolled it and kept rolling it into a mountain of not caring.
