No it doesnt change the uniform. The uniform changes on the squad
If people spent money on appearance cards to change their appearance, and that appearance was changed as a result of the patch, they should be refunded their money or given a fix. Not really anything more to say than that.

They didnt change the appearance of faces. Which appearance orders change. Appearance orders dont change uniforms. After the update only headgear changed.
Appearance orders 10000% change uniforms, I literally did it an hour ago. Berlin Soviet assaulter went from no body armor to body armor after I used an order. Regardless of if the description says so or not, it does, and some people have spent a lot of time/money changing their soldiers to have specific uniforms.

No they fucking dont. Uniforms change on soldiers depending on the SQUAD. You cant have a different uniform in moscow snipers than white campflague.
Like you cant have mixed uniforms in your squads.

So what? That’s utterly irrelevant, the uniform is still changing. I know someone who’s spent money because they wanted all their soldiers to have black suspenders in Normandy instead of a different uniform style. If I want my soldiers to have body armor instead of no body armor and I spent orders to do so then I’m still being screwed. What the hell is even the point youre making? That because uniforms aren’t mixed then therefor they aren’t changing, even though they obviously are visually different?

They dont change with appearance soldiers FFS. EACH squad has its specific uniform. When you put a different soldier into a squad its uniform will be applied and an appearance order will only change the face.
Like i said if in a moscow sniper squad EVERY soldier will have white uniforms. Only hats will be different.
To get armor on soviets berlin just put them in reserve and back.

Same soldier, different uniform. One has greenish suspenders, the other has black. I know it might not seem like a big deal to you or me, but I know for a 100% fact that other people care about this kind of stuff and have spent their orders, time, and money re-rolling the appearances. Those who spent money and orders should be refunded.

It still boggles me that the customization is a paid feature, it clearly does not feel like it considering that your soldiers get a completely random generation, even possibly the same result, despite charging you money. If they want to charge a fee for a service then they need to deliver on their side of the bargain, even if they’re charging 10 cents a swap.

Spent countless Battlepass orders to get helmets on my MP41 soldiers only to have them switch back to caps.
Whats next? Will I lose the perks or stars on my guns?

I ve seen your video and yup their terrible approach to refunding policy and fixing of countlessly reported problems should be changed, this is one such problem and is not a first time it happened, it was happening maybe on smaller scale but it was a matter of time before this flawed and weird “system” was about to bring bigger trouble.

sometimes i think that as beta testers there really is no guarantee for us that purchased product will not change after purchase, then what power do we have ? to give them tons of ideas which maybe they not even care about looking at , that might be implemented one day … i dont think its ok when somebody changes something that you initially paid for and is therefore your property, it is an additional PRODUCT we have purchased with certain specifications and properties. And changes that were purchased additionally with coins or tickets like helmets, faces and equpiment ( which the game still gives as damned random ) should be kept and not removed so i can buy them again wtf ? if the system is not reliable and keeps constantly changing these things randomly by itself then the whole option of purchasing it should be removed until it is fixed, especially when their refund policy is non-existent

I also submitted a forum post on this very subject. I lost uniforms in the squads I had that could no longer be obtained anymore. I’ve spent days perfecting the cosmetic appearances of my soldiers down to the simplest aspects all to lose countless orders and time in the blink of an eye. Very frustrating. The support ticket I submitted detailed the same thing you expressed here.

Like the post I did a few days ago, all of them are gone. And I don’t know why they just refuse to look into this sititutaion.
