If the Devs can’t get it right at least give us the opportunity to fix it. I see what you did there… However fix it to where I can change the messed up fallshrimjager uniforms in Normandy and Berlin (I’m tired of seeing my fallshrimjager in volkstum uniforms) also for the love of god, add the fallshrimjager helmet as part of the customization options for the Germans in appropriate campaigns, Like in the various premium units…
also for the allies, add British options where it makes sense (only on British soldiers and units) lets get some black watch and British airborne in this.
To that end get unique looking Romanian and Spanish blue division units in Stalingrad ; they should add a gold order/ gold soldier order female sniper to the Soviet line or give us the option to make our own. Yes I realize the historical accuracy but the few females that participated in combat on the Soviet side were mostly snipers, nurses and HQ or admin personal not really freakin combat medics.
There are some cool new developments in the uniform customization that I’m 100% ok with. Today I killed a katana wielding Japanese soldier in what appeared to be an officers mock up. Inspired by this I created my own German field grade officer in my Stalingrad campaign. Please expand the options here.
well, my biggest grip on the customization, it’s not like what people asked it to be:
on top of that, why does the snipers get access to white pants, but other squads cannot have those said pants?
last time they updated the customization, they added a bunch of other cosmetics not available for classes as it was stricted. yet, white camo pant are not in the selection.
they recently ( 4 months ago ) introduced the mp40 and stg pouches on torsos, yet trenchcoats have none. same as the winter camo.
too bad if you want to dress your soldiers with historical trenchcoats that are not rifleman/fusiliers that has a weapon with different magazines from k98s.
last but not least, it’s 1942/3 yet we have no gray pants, nor gray uniforms outside the coat.
what about medics in non medics squad? why can’t i give them the base trenchcoat with the medic band arm if we got it?
customization in enlisted it’s an absolute joke…
and in the pacific, they came with the idea of creating preselected outfit instead. which… defeat the whole porpouse of having customization in the first place ( since in the thread, they said we were able to customize hands, helmets, torso, pants and head. in the latter, only 3 out of 5 can be customized )
They need a broader selection of uniforms I agree. They need personal items. Also You should be able to earn honor marking for tanks and planes but they need to be earned.
XD I have equipped all my Squad leaders with an Officers cap and either a Katana or a Shin-Gunto, it’s nice to have this many customization orders this season so you can just go and give every officer his cap.
I mean custom them hell even world of tanks you have to pay for the most part. At least War Blunder you unlock free ones to put on your plans tanks and ships well used to I aint played sinnce. Only good ones to play was 1.2 cause the ships didnt have to deal with Jets. but you still get the big bombers on your butt… As I been saying Gijin cant make a good game even if they got one trown in ther face.
Imagine they just make it simpler for the other campaigns they’re supposedly working on. Like instead of the 3 out of 5. It’s just 1 out of 5 and you got to pick between a few presets.
There’s 160 Customization Orders in this seasons Battle pass, less of course if you didn’t buy it, but i can recommend it, since you always earn your premium coins back if you play it through and can buy the next Battle pass without spending new money. And when a whole outfit in the Pacific costs 12 orders or in stalingrad the Jackets cost 8 and Trousers 2-4, you can cutomize a lot of soldiers for free in one season. Officer caps cost between 2 and 4 Orders.
My point is they are still lacking the appropriate fallshrimjager uniform that they fucked up yo begin with and are missing opportunities to have a lot of unique alternate uniforms. what if they add things like Romanian uniforms, the kriegsmarine naval infantry uniform or Spanish blue division uniforms or even gas masks as seen in the Normandy campaign.
I guess, they will come over time. The Oak leaf camo in Stalingrad was also added later. I hope too, that new designs come rather sooner than later. And that the Stalingrad-style customization gets added to all the other campaigns. The Pacific customization with only Hat, Face and Body slot is kinda too narrowed down for my taste.
ahhhh, the old dream of the forgotten hope mod. unique and obscure units. one day perhaps a fun campaign with Division Azul or something abstract like italians vs ethiopian guerillas.
