I wish we could crew them with captured STG44s and unequip helmets/caps
Also would be cool to not have the same lazy cosmetics for each map preset with bright blue jeans but actually use the opportunity to represent various French forces
-
Tunisia (North Africa)
-
Pacific (French Indochina forces)
But hey actual WW2 is not fun, right
Veekay,
I have been on this forum for a while know and have seen a lot of your posts. I have never seen you do anything else than complain. Like, genuine question, do you actually enjoy this game? Because it seems like you literally enjoy nothing …
Yes I just released a big voiceover mod 5.0, you can check it out and provide feedback, it will be appreciated.
And yeah when the devs add something that’s not blanantly anti-WW2 I genuinely support it.
Wow you make mods oke, thats really cool. I’m going to take a look at that.
and second question, why is something anti-WW2? Like, for me the confusion is that enlisted in its core is ahistoric. Its way to flashy and does not replicate any WW2 tactics. So, is this not inherently an ‘anti-WW2’ game?
I’ll appreciate all feedback.
Well I don’t know when you joined the project, I played my first game during Victory Day 2020 Berlin test, and the whole original premise of the game has been “attention to detail”, “historical accuracy/immersion/authenticity”.
I guess the time (and money) invested over time lead to the sunken cost fallacy. Even after the Merge there were still hopes that the 2-3 years of playtime before that were not for nothing.
Now it’s been about 10 months since the Merge happened and we’ve seen zero efforts to improve the WW2 aspect of the game.
And I’m not even talking about balance/content changes like moving Puma from low BR to high BR because it’s a late war weapon or locking Volkssturm weapons to high BR for the same reason.
I’m talking about recoloring sand-yellow Italian tanks at the Battle of the Bulge, or giving Volkssturm units non-VS cosmetics where those don’t make sense, or not intentionally adding fur hats to Tunisia, you know?
Let alone removing late war stuff from Stalingrad and Rzhev, or at least giving those people who care about WW2 some instruments to play?
“Historical custom battles” were advertised in February 2023 and guess what we got? Exactly nothing.
Im also dumbfounded by the unhistorical cosmetics.
There was 0 reasons to give guerillas vs armbands outside berlin/ardennes yet here we are.
Btw when does the current (final?) stage end?
Do I have just tonight or tomorrow night as well?
final 20k starts tomorrow
I lost track then
I unlocked the guerillas squad and now idk when i’m supposed to play to get the gold order
The first tick for the gold order was yesterday, if you were up to date. This means you need to do the 20k by 13:00(UTC) tomorrow.
In European time for the tomorrow 15pm
Now, you’ll get the gold order after doing your 20k
I guess just 15:00, if use pm, than it would be 3:00pm. Still don’t got sense in this british strange bs. They seems always failed to made things as normal people do.(or it’s now only americans with their imperial system)
Yep, 3pm (or 15:00).
Not sure what you mean. Gastanofrizzi isn’t British.
I know who he is and where he is live, his home number. What exactly he do now and etc.
I was saying about british bs which he was trying to use I guess but since he is from normal nation with normal system he is failed.
Although both styles of clock were invented back in ancient Egypt, the following is usually true these days:
12-hour clock = normal
24-hour clock = military
The British have nothing to do with it.
Americans then. Never seen someone else who use pm and am when says the time.
12-hours now make sense only in “classic” clocks.
Okay that’s kind of offtopic.
all these people confuse about stage progress smh, then there is me who understand it perfectly for some reason (too bad i cant explain it tho since im not English native)
anyway might as well add an arrow to help people be less confuse on where they are on the event tbh (lot of work but hey people will be less confuse so it a plus imo)
