I think it’s more like this:

12-hour clock = US (and a few more countries with am/pm)
24-hour clock = the world

Actually, it’s a lot more countries than you think. Admittedly, they’re mostly from former British Empire countries, but many non-empire countries also use 12-hour clocks. The 24-hour clock is mainly used in the military, navigation and aviation where the use of a 12-hour clock would be too confusing. (thanks Google-AI)

my country use 24 and it not military stuff (altho i guess my country did get coup by the military many time so maybe that why)

Add more time tracking, one for overall event duration, one for 2 days reset phase.
