Being able to tell immediately if someone complaining is a ret biased mainer or not.

Mayby you didnt know but lmg’s was also soviets best weapon. It was every factions best weapon for CQB and longer range.

If you fail the see the asymmetric balance between factions, german having best LMG’s / soviets having best smg’s you clearly live up to your name and somehow managed to even misspell that.
DP is good gun, but definitely aint comparable to what german LMG’s was.
Yet, soviets are still left with best SMG’s while the german LMG’s are now nerfed.
Ironicly before the LMG nerf when the SMG’s were subject, same circlejerkers we have here were justifying the soviet smg’s due to german LMG’s “asymmetrical” balance.

And why people use lmg on cqc ? Perhaps because the german smg’s are by far inferior in comparison to soviet ones, even more than soviet lmgs are inferior to german ones.
So as the cqc now is completely soviet sided we can nerf theyr best weapons too smgs.
Cause lmg’s was best at that role while keeping all advantages at longer ranges. Leaving zero downsides when compared to smg
That has nothing to do with german smg’s… people did that even with ‘superior soviet smgs’ while they got ‘inferior lmgs’

Soviet smg-s are fine, and I’m saying this as a german main. Yes, they look very OP when you are only in the beginning of the campaign, but once you reach the fg 42, you could basicly make full squads equipped with fg’s and they are pretty much good at everything, only the ammo is a bit problematic, but enginers and ammo pouches could easily fix the problem, also it’s much better then the AVS and has more ammo by default.
Or because the german smg is by far more inferior.
Which has been subject for numerous times even before the lmg nerf.

So you never seen allies to use lmg’s at cqb? cause i see them using lmg’s at every match. Mayby play against humans at cap points before crying nerfs and buffs
