Ignore that guy. According to him - battle rating = year of production, even if it means that the Fedorov should be available at the beginning. It is waste of time to explaining anything to him.
there is no long term if playerbase doesnt increase. currently we have around 22k non unique players in peak hour, crossplay on on all 3 servers and that number goes low as 9k in off peak hours. that is ~11.5k unique players in peak and 5.5k in off peak. this is stat for weekend. on weekday we get ~17.5k in peak hour and as low as ~7k non unique players in off peak hours on all 3 crossplay on servers.
if they make cold war, they would only split playerbase and essentially kill game.
Ok so you just copy pasted WT down to same decoloured fonts.
Welcome to WT this month +/-1 B.R adjustment weekly and historical immersion byebye!
You have completely ruined the game. bye
Even if they retained the right to change the mechanics or appearance of the game. But we paid and backed the project for promises of historical accuracy.
So they will not deliver on the promise of the product we paid for?
Because the game is moving away from the assumptions that were in cbt.
for the nth time enlisted doesnt have nearly enough playerbase for ±1 BR . you will most probably get ±2 up to ±4 MM in peak hours and up to ±10 in off peak hours.
so please dont start shitting again with HA. you can choose either historically accurate PVE or actual PVP with human players.
Why not ? I play Armored Warfare which has maybe 200 regular players and about 1000 (?) total players.
For a match in the same BR I wait about 1 minute.
simple math
weekend: ~22k non unique players in peak hour, gets as low as ~9k in off peak hour
weekday: ~17.5k non unique players in peak hour, gets as low as ~7k in off peak hour
this is data for 3 crossplay on servers. sadly i cant analyze per server data so i must use averages
will only do math for weekend:
22000/3=7333 players per server
9000/3= 3000 players per server
there are 4 sides (and for simplicity of calculation i will use japan as 10 tier faction). that means:
7333/4= 1833 players per faction
3000/4= 750 players per faction
maximum waiting time is usually 90 seconds that means 3600/90= minimum 40 matches per hour
1833/40 = 45,825 players per faction for every match
750/40 = 18,75 players per faction for every match
to have full human matches on ±0 MM you need 100 players per side for every match, ±1 MM you need 50 players, ±2 MM 33.33 players, ±3 MM 25 players, ±4 MM 20 players, ±5 MM 16.67 players etc.
and all these players need to be evenly divided by tier.
this is just napkin math so there are lot of errors. japan will have maximum 7 tiers and wont be as played as other sides, axis must match at least 60 matches per hour (assuming usa divides equally between germany and japan), tier population wont be equally distributed etc.
about armored warfare idk anything. they could have global server with totally ahistorical free for all and then their MM would need much less players than something like enlisted where you have 4 sides that must be matched against their historical opponents.
It is not free for all (deathmatch), but - two sides like in Enlisted (Allies vs Axis). For a match with 0 or +1 BR (+1, not ±1) I wait about one minute, sometimes longer when is late.
Bolt actions have a place in the early tiers since new players can be overwhelmed by the aggressive playstyle of mass automatic weapons. This is why Iâve played Moscow when I invite a friend to try the game. Normandy is too hectic and people canât learn the other game mechanics.
However, semi-automatics should be unlocked far earlier that the current âtech treeâ. I think bolts should only have 1-2 tiers where they canât match into semi-auto spam, but then those first semi-autos can come right after unlocking some of the basic squads like assaulters, snipers and machine gunners. That way new players can get a taste for the key weapon types and be adequately prepared for the more aggressive playstyle that comes with semi-autos. Delaying this further would be unfun and no longer beneficial.
you didnât read into it huh? my point was B.R system is shit. and this game no longer have historical setups.
+/- whatever is bad.
And no you donât have to choose. They could have made the game interesting to play, people play what is new, cool and interesting and/or like me immersive in a setting, be it historical, sci-fi or fantasy.
Now the game is lacking, so not that much players, they opted to span all campaigns and eras of ww2, and thereby separating avaiable players, their fault, they choose to remove and simplify game, they now choose to break the historical campaing immersion it was built upon, they have chosen where to go.
Because they havenât come up with a good way to make a game with historical immersion and attract enough playerbase is upon them. Just because they havenât been able to yet, doesnât mean you canât have both.
So you stop shitting yourself
