I said mostly. I won’t take offence at the Ad Hominem from a known troll.
tbh i leave shitty matches. that bonus for 50% wouldnt make me stay in those matches cause i quit even with 100% or 200% bonus.
but one thing that would immensely help would be to actually have option to choose (or at least vote) mode/map. some modes/maps are really shitty either for attacker/defenders or are just in general terrible. it is auto quit for some of them (e.g. assault, train, some conquests)
Quite a hypocrisy but okay.
It’s not about forcing nor encouraging everyone to stay. It’s about making the outcome less frustrating for people who choose to stay, simply reward them.
This was mentioned in Q&A few months back. It’s very likely such thing is going to be implemented in so me capacity. But you have to wait for quite some time after merge.
@112687200 I have no idea what’s wrong with your head why are you so obsessed with punishing the losing team when they gave you a good fight and if they’ve given you good fight I think they should be rewarded instead of being discouraged from playing such campaigns where they lose.
he is only playing popular faction, and just wanna fight bot, and dont want the real player fight back
Well then maybe he should play custom games forever instead of trying to ruin everyone else’s fun
I agree comrade
Vehicle play is supplementary to infantry play. The proof is in the fact that, vehicles cannot capture or defend objectives on their own, and whether or not a team successfully captures or defends an objective ultimately requires a quality of boots on the ground.
You can even completely forgo the usage of vehicles and the accomplishment of core objectives will still be achieved solely through infantry play.
This is an infantry game with assets and mechanics from War Thunder tacked on.
Unless and until a vehicle is doing enough to influence a team, they can generally be ignored by the opposing team, especially when it translates to 1 less enemy squad on the point per vehicle.
Vehicles have the potential to influence a match in favor of the team they are on, but they are strictly situational.
That would be a much fairer solution. Because I wonder why the top 3 players should be “rewarded” and not the whole team that stayed and fought back? Also illogical.
And one more thing, personally, I’m just a tragic player in this game, but I never run away from a battle, because I’m really motivated to resist people who see that everyone is running and having fun going on steamroll mode. Because I know that in the end I will still be rewarded xp, badges ect. for my actions, even if team lose. That’s enough for me. The same Shiivex has repeatedly said that he runs away from the battle if he sees that his team is losing, and it’s not fun for him. Maybe that’s why he agrees to this offer. Everyone decides for themselves and find fun in different ways.
Enlisted battles that are long and require intense concentration and effort are very rare. Because it’s just not HLL. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose in this game, as long as you continue to improve as a player. Because maybe you will lose two battles in a row and win the third one. And this cycle moves on. Who cares?
of course its matter win or lose, you not get much exp when losing and its stressfull, but, the winner even if they not top 5 they still got a lot of exp, so why whould people choose to keep fighting? only to get stressfull and less exp and a bad wr, and whats the point of rewarding the whole lose team, if they are stupid, not play hard, and bot,if it reward the whole lose team, then they will not care about trying to win, because if its lose they still got reward, that why its only top 3, only people who play hard, people who trying to turn the table and full of effort who get it.
Simple because that’s not the only scenario which makes matches unfair and frustrating.
You can still encounter trolls which will completely annihilate any of your effort to win. You can team of full of casuals and there’s no chance you’ll be able to carry them.
This suggestion encourages to show some effort, but still rewards only good performance. That’s how it should be.
People shouldn’t be rewarded for being carried or for doing nothing.
Funni idea:
Enemy top 1 can select what player benefits from an exp bonus despite losing.
This’ll help filter out perpetual vehicle users and turn it into a matter of “You have been a pain in the ass for me. You deserve this”
Do you mean that all players with high scores rely on tanks or planes? There are some, but definitely not most.If you do as you say, then we might as well punish all the people in the front row, including those on the winning team, because they must have robbed tanks and planes!Haha, funny.
The problem of airplanes and tanks is another topic: The problem of weapon balance. This has nothing to do with what is discussed here. There is no need to link them far-fetched.
This is a funny idea and it could get abused, but somehow Im not opposing it.
Abuse: The enemy’s number one killed me many times, so I will cancel his reward.
lol
Enemy top 1 can select what player benefits from an exp bonus despite losing.
Except "that’ guy would be more often salty than good sportsman over the guy that made his game difficult lol
Especially since they are the type to be on the flavour of the month side farming bots anyway
It is enough to increase the resurrection time of the vehicle, of course, it can also directly reduce the score of the vehicle, but I don’t think anyone likes the latter.
People shouldn’t be rewarded for being carried or for doing nothing.
I agree that this is a very common occurrence in this game. In general, everywhere you look is full of the worst trolls and fools.
But the players who are in the top 3 in the final result also do not represent the whole picture of the battle, and this in no way legitimizes you as a “good or bad” player.
Maybe, for example, the player in position 9 made logical rally points, because he is an experienced engineer, and created an opportunity for the player in position 1 to take his easy kills. As a result, he received the best engineer badge at the end of the battle, but was left with only 15 kills.
The point is that there is a team effort to victory, and not the efforts of one person, because of which the top 3 or bottom 3 do not always reflect the image in the game and the understanding of the game.
yeah , i agree this is salty comrade
