these are current AT cannons in use
while most of those cannons are good for low BR, almost all (specially US and japan) are totally inadequate for high BR battles.
so here are some suggestions with which devs could replace buildable AT cannons
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/3-inch_gun_M5
basically same gun as 76w tanks. would be ok to bring AT cannons up to current german/soviet performance. would be ok for BR3 and BR4, but not for BR5.
next we have
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ordnance_QF_6-pounder
76mm QF 17pdr as seen on firefly. good british alternative that would be good for BR5
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/105_mm_gun_T8
US paper 105mm gun
penetration chart for 76W and 76mm QF 17pdr
japan is kinda screwed with AT cannons cause at best they can get type 2 57mm cannon that was canceled (so another paper gun). possible solutions is to replace them with either japanese field guns (really dont know how this would work) or with german alternative cause why not.
germans could get
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/8.8_cm_Pak_43
so same gun as KT.
soviets could get

They had a type 38 75mm field gun according to a booklet made by an American Ordnance intelligence unit in December 1943

How about going a different route with Japanese. Bit of flavour
How about a Direct fire Howitzer/field gun instead (75, 105 or 150)…Derp Tanks Instead of AP

type 38 is obsolete gun built before ww1 (1905). it is questionable how good it actually is.
it would be better to replace that with either
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_90_75_mm_field_gun
or
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_95_75_mm_field_gun
but i find that 75mm wouldnt be enough (well compared to other AT weapons and it would be better to future proof it if they ever match soviets)
so better thing would be
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_14_10_cm_cannon
or
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_92_10_cm_cannon
problem with 105 is that it was made for long range fire, while e.g. type 90 75mm was actually used for AT combat.

It was good enough for the Japanese to keep using during World War II; they also used a 105 mm for direct firing as it had an elevation of -5 degrees to 25 degrees (somewhere around 25)
