Ehh Yes. It was only better in the past because it had better pen but since the Bazooka buff it has only better pen if angled (and only more at °60 or so), worse accuracy and worse post-pen damage. I think it even reloads slower than the Bazooka. I mean, its not trash, but worse than the Bazooka in almost all categories.
Usually Enlisted players are quick to discover what is usefull which is why we e.g. see so many goddamn Panzer III N tanks but not so many short-barrel Panzer IVs beyond newbies grinding the TT.

Nobody knows what you mean by “hard” since you can’t sideshot Sherman beyond 10m. Right click left click. You miss. Adjust your mouse up and down accordingly. You Hit. Must be cheating. All usernames and replays are public, though the game just got an update, so past records can’t be retrieved. Give it a few days, you can check and filter out Japan replays yourself. Not saying there will a lot of gameplay fighting against greyzone tanks, but it is just a common occurrence playing Japan. Plus, I am also interested in the replay of the guy who wrote “hillbilly who 360° hipfires Jumbos at 5km+ range” more than anything.

See, piat becomes less popular because buffs to bazooka months ago. Wish you can treat type 5 the same. Playtest before commenting. I used to hate grb39 with passion, but the devs finally buffed it to be more reliable and usable few patches ago. So I stop complaining about it, even though it is still worse than piat and bazooka in most applications.

That was not my point. My point was that you still fail to show gameplay evidence of your flank-killing Jumbos/ Shermans and Pershings at the edge of the grey zone where Guerillas can’t even enter, yet somehow, you constantly flank-kill them with rocket launchers and AT guns in the very same area where Gueraillas cant reach them, including with rocket launchers with poor penetration and accuracy (or even lack of scope/ iron sight).
And therefore, how would it make Japanese and Allied guerillas better against said super-grey zones BR5 tanks and fairness (in Japan’s case, not even that) if you consider Germany for Allies case, who have launchers that can frontally pen a Jumbo (and most likely also instantly blow it up)?
This would give Germany a huge advantage over the Allies, who already have much worse stuff regarding launchers and tanks.

As of now, you still haven’t posted a video or replay but ofc you had the time to reply to me.

The update dropped about eight hours or so ago, probably earlier,. As of now, you would have plenty of time, depending on the timezone, especially if it is that “easy” (or “hard” depending on your mood) for you to do so. I mean, if you have enough time to write to some random person, I guess you have time to waste for Enlisted at that point.
Especially since the update did not change anything regarding gameplay excluding reload animation fixes.

Even without the patch argument, the Granatbüchse was the sole reliable choice for BR2 Germany because BR1 only has ATRs with low pen and post-pen damage, and the Sturmpistole was and is worse than the GrB.

Search my replay and you will see. Didn’t come across many greyzone campers today as every match is one-sided, but you can see the accuracy of type 5 even at long range. Check the end of my latest match against that Sherman 76mm, and tell me if that is a good enough demonstration. Didn’t get the kill because of bad rng and the death of my engineer so I can’t have more tries. Am I cheating with 150m±no-scope-360° type 5?
I now know why you got so triggered after reviewing your replay. Do you even know how to grind the game or do you just enjoy suffering? Who brings only premium type hei lmg paratrooper and medic squad to play Japan br4? Every match will be a br5 uptier and you are completely fxxked if Allies actually have some good br5 players.
