Developer from last Friday till now, still unable to give a clear statement of which kind of things can cause a wipe.
And I have seen lots of those do gained a lot, or even had 3h long matches that doesn’t get a wipe.
But from what I see on the forum and some that I know, got wiped for very unclear reasons.
Like we have doing it a lot in many regular matches. Some build lots of engineers builds that blocked AI, others in Normandy, shooting up balloons for more tickets.
And some users here just because they luckily unaffected by this, start look down upon those who are affected.
And over confident about the developer’s honest. Like where is the compensation of the progression changes? My orders got devalued but no more compensation?

They gave a clear statement in a separate post, not sure where it is.
They have a spreadsheet compiling end-of-match stats, and any absurdly high numbers are flagged as exploiting.

Nope, I saw someone complains they only leveled up 2 campaign levels and got wiped.
That’s lots more that developer hide.

Oh, God, you may not believe it, but a player who has never gained more than 60,000 experiences in one game has also been reset.
my hecking exploiters getting punished way too harsh.
I think there is something wrong with their data screening method. I even think that it is more reliable to screen out “players who have gained more than 100,000 experiences per game in custom mode” than the screening methods they use now.
Only the attacker can take advantage of the bugs they say. It seems that they have not taken this aspect into account.

I tried to point out the problems and give them suggestions, but obviously, no one paid attention to them.

As a player, I didn’t curse the developers because their handling affected me, and kept pointing out the problems. Obviously, I have shown enough patience, and now I just need them to confirm the problems. But until now, they have not done so, so I began to feel disappointed with them.
I don’t see a way for someone to be able to prove they never exceeded a certain amount, apart from server logs.
There is no channel for players to view their game records. Obviously, only developers can do this, but they are unwilling to provide it to the complainant.

I do have screenshots for my tickets counts before and after wipe.
They only take me ~400 bronze away. But they said I have got 5M XP.
I am like: ???
And there’s no scenario where the devs would benefit from rolling back players without suspicious stats.
It’s not like they used bot telemetry either because I trapped some defender bots as a joke while someone on the other team was farming and didn’t get rolled back.

Maybe they just screened out “players who have gained a certain amount of experience in the custom mode” and reset their accounts, but obviously, there are also players who spend a lot of time killing AI with tanks or MG42 all day, and they may not use bugs.
Only custom matches on Below Lake were partly wiped.
