Developer's attitude towards this custom match's wipe is a complete failure

“this issue (beloe lake) has been reported already a while ago - it’s true, but in multiplayer battles it wasn’t an issue which could lead to receiving of exp which will be not normal. in custom battles it was actually the thing and some players were using it to gain exp in some longer custom game sessions instead of report it. such players have been partly wiped (progress) because of breaking eula.”

Unfortunately, now I tell you that there may be something wrong with your handling method, and you should find out and solve the problem. I hope you can believe what I said.

Even if developers don’t deliberately embarrass players, but really, if something goes wrong, players are powerless.

To me, this clarifies why, along with using this for an extended period and kicking players that join the match in progress. Blocking the ability of you own team’s AI at the spawn looks like the reason that I’ve seen.
If this was a normal match, human players would dismantle the fortifications blocking the pathfinding but if you are playing with all friends or AI squads, the blocking would remain.
This combined with ENDLESS defender tickets led to thousands of kills for some players, over multiple games and when those players the purchase BP boosters on top of farming a game mechanic instead of reporting it they faced the very real possibility of having a full day’s worth of progress being rolled back…even if normally played games were also in that block of time.

They don’t have to since ‘‘victims’’ doing job for them.

It was trapping your own team’s AI at the spawn that was the issue. Defenders have endless tickets but the attackers will only lose a game if ALL their tickets are used up. If you trap your own attacking team AI at the spawn, you could just farm the defenders AI for hours

You MAINLY played Tunis. They said that the partial wipes rolled back progression to BEFORE the 1st exploited game was discovered. SO…if a player completed 10 games after exploiting, they would have had the progress from those later games also wiped.
Only you know if you actually took advantage of a weakness in the game, but if you did, then all progress between when you exploited until they rolled back was wiped.

I can’t speak for others, but I have never played custom games on the attackers side pre bot amount nerf, so there was absolutely no reason or logic to block my AI teammates. I’ve played custom games on the attackers side only after they locked the maximum amount of bots to 2, meaning that I had no AI teammates, it was just me and one enemy AI. Also, just to clarifiy things again, I have never touched Beloe Lake map.
