Anime girls been taken hostage. Who will be rescuing them now? I’m glad that they are still canon in Enlisted universe.
This game could use an official collab with strike witches or girls und panzer.
stone me, but I actually want this aircraft just because they messed up (and a friend of mine is a huge Strike witches fan thus made me watch the series).
At the speeds aircraft go I don’t think anyone would be able to make out the decals anyway so I don’t see why it’d effect other players.
Also, now I am like 80% sure that the guy who made the Scotti Naval Rifle model messed up with the dimensions of the gun, that’s why the mag looks to be a single stack mag when you reload:
And when I count the bullets on the model, it definitely cannot fit more than 10 rounds in it:
-First the most visible mistake is the rear sight, as you can see, the ingame model has a very visible rear sight, but the blueprint shows that it didn’t have one, or at least a very small one (like some shotguns ingame):
-And the second mistake, that is a bit harder to see, is the general width of the gun, specifically, the width of the buttstock and the handguard: as you can see on the blueprints from above the gun, the widths of these two elements are both bigger than the receiver and the barrel.
You can see that the width of the of the handguard slightly decreases from the start of the barrel (at the end of the receiver) to the end of it, while on the ingame model, it stays straight frow the beginning to the end of the barrel:
And also, you can see on the blueprint of the gun seen from above that the back of the receiver is thinner than the buttstock, but on the ingame model, is is the opposite ! Indeed, in terms of width, the back of the receiver is larger than the part of the buttstock it is attached to:
That’s why I think that the designer who made this model got the dimensions of the gun wrong, and why we ended up with a single stack mag, because the designer very likely made a slight mistake of maybe less than 1 cm in the width of the gun, which in turn affected the width of the magwell. Indeed: the width of a double stack mag is not much bigger than a single stack mag, because it is not double the size:
So, as we can deduce, a small mistake of even a few millimeters on the width of the gun will also affect the magwell, and we can get these kinds of mistakes as a result. Don’t get me wrong, I am no 3D artist, and I could never have made such a nice model, but everyone can make small mistakes (especially when you only have old blueprints to work with). That’s why I am convinced that the Scotti should get a double-stack 20 rounds mag. Even if you don’t correct the model, at least just increase the number of rounds to 20, because as I said, I have counted the number of bullets on the model, and as it is right now, it cannot fit more than 10 bullets, so 15 bullets don’t make any sense.
So, gaijin, pls fix.
P.S. : If you want to zoom in on the pics of the ingame model to see even more closely, go to Enlisted IMFDB.
They already removed it. As you can clearly see on the picture.
Obv, they didn’t update the live version since then.
Ah, I also forgot to mention that the blueprint of the gun shows that the stock goes slightly to the sight of the gun, as you can see on the blueprint, kind of like on the Type 11 japanese MG, and I don’t think that this feature is present of the ingame model too.
I also suspect that they decided to fit a vertical grip on the gun because the handguard was just too wide, so it would be more comfortable to shoot as a result. And I think it is also why they made a thinner, grained part in the handguard of the other prototype, as you can see here:
They just removed the decals, apart from that the skin is the same. They should just ask to have the authorization to use a “somewhat historical” skin made by a guy on WT live if they don’t want to make it themselves.
I found these topics again about the adoption of the SVD-30. Long story short: it was adopted in limited numbers (330 to be precise, but the number ordered was originally bigger), and they didn’t order more because it was not very good. You can also see the japanese documents about the SVD-33 (you’ll have to use translate however, just like I did).
And I have never heard about the Fedorov 1912 being adopted in any capacity, although it had roughly the same features as the SVD-30, which makes the devs choices weird, given the fact that it was very likely only a prototype, while the SVD-30 was adopted.
Just going off the current stats it has in the editor currently (live server) its just a slightly weaker Federov Avto clone with a 15 round mag instead of 25. I dont think this weapon is going to be all that crazy
(Cannot determine Muzzle Velocity, Visual recoil seems anomalous to every other gun in the game, and while the ADS speed says 1.3 it definitely isnt that fast and I assume placeholder/error in live game modeditor)
I also guess the damage is unconfirmed. If its not dealing more than 15 damage, its not going to one shot down/kill against Soviets with vitality and body armour. If it has 13.9 (which is what I’m expecting since its 6.5mm - same as Type Hei and Federov Avtomat) then its okay but struggles against Soviets still. Unless you guys have done some “absurd” changes, this is just a cloned Federov with a trash magazine size. Unique to Axis but not unique to this game at all, and the missing 10 rounds really hampers its performance.
Its not that bad bro. Also why would you not test it with recoil perks? With or without recoil perks its pretty easy to control anyway.
I m sorry, but can you explain me why they remove the flag ?
Because it was a fake flag from some kind of a gooner anime thing
Flag of a fictional country/faction from an anime.
It’s a joke ?
As you can see, no. They removed it because it seems that many people pointed out that it was an anime skin, and it was also taken on the WT Live without asking the permission to the creator, because he apparently confirmed himself that he wasn’t approached by gaijin for the permission to use his skin.
Yeah, I love the game, and sometimes the devs can be responsive to the players, which is nice from them, but this is really not a good look.
the damage will be either 13.6 or 14.5. Most likely it will be 14.5.
It just feels like there are few totally incompetent careless individuals in dev team.
Who have completely no idea what they’re doing, as they have no personal interest in WW2 or this game whatsoever.
And all they do is trying to find ways how to avoid any kind of work.
Effectively sabotaging work of the whole Enlisted team.
I hope it doesn’t go unpunished.
I remember Keofox once mentioning someone got punished pretty harshly after similar screw up. But I guess that was very different team back then.
can you please explain to me how the scotti naval is cracked if its just a nerfed fedorov?
