Presumably the Il-2, and heās probably trying to shoot it down with Hs-123 or Ju-87 and 2 machineguns, thinking that there was no actual reason for anyone to ever need more than 2 machineguns to shoot anything down - all those 20mm and 30mm cannon, 13mm MGās etc - total overkillā¦
The 109 and 110 have no trouble.

Speaking of the IL2ā¦ that thing made me forget about germanās oh so dreaded 250kg bombs. The IL rockets areā¦ terrifying, and you can drop pairs of 100kg bombs afterwards. Twice. Thats 4 different spots on the map to nuke, in one runā¦ I almost felt bad using it earlier. Almost.

Thatās in Berlin? Not there yet - so far only have the -37 version, but only a couple of levels away - should get it this weekend
Had the 132mm rockets on Pe-3 in Moscow - they are good infantry killers, but the Il-2 with 8 rockets and 4 bombs is still better - even though only 82mm and 50kg.
Those rockets can kill the poor Pz IV J in Berlin as well 
like thatās hard to do in the first place

i can understand him.
i play in moscow campaign & when i compare the first two soviet planes with the german one.
then soviet one are better/op.
and i play as both factions.
i153 is super fast and agile and can outturn & destroy the german hs123 & ju
il2 is a hybrid so can be used as fighter&bomber.
while german ju is only a dive bomber & fails against every enemie plane in the air.
Yes, the Berlin one. Itās just fantastic due to the huge area it covers with his 2x twin rockets and 2x 100kg twin bombs. Thatās a choice of 4 different targets!
Germany got either the stuka with 1x 250 and 2x twin 50kg, or the other one with just 1x twin 250kg.
250kg is sure nice, but it will cover only one spot during a bombing runā¦ Iām sold to the Berlin IL, now.

I feel guilty and excited using it. Itās weird, because Iām not spamming CAS, Iām not suicide bombing, none of that shady stuff. Yet every time I fly it, I keep thinking: āthis isnāt right, what Iām doing. It should be fixed, and it probably will be, but for now - y-a-a-a-ay!ā

My thoughts exactly eheheh. But the IL is a beautiful machine, it isnāt meant to suicide bomb with it. The fact you can have a 4 target choice reinforce the fact you should not waste all your explosive might on a single spot. So I try to survive, looking at comrades courageously gunning down pesky messers in their very good yaks, until Iām resembling Swiss cheese so much my plane cannot keep altitude. ONLY then I plunge screaming a long āŃŃŠŗŠ° Š±Š»ŃŃŃ!!!ā
