I don’t see why we should have to choose, I don’t agree with the premise - history was messy. I’d much rather have Czechoslovaks fighting Czechoslovaks side-by-side with the Allies, Soviets, and Germans than having the Chinese in Normandy or Berlin.
And we’re already having to put up with that…
