This is suppoed to be BR 4 but the Jagdpanther is BR 5?
To be fair there is no way this tank should be as low as BR 4 at all.

The more they add as Italian or Commonwealth, the easier it will be to argue for subfactions.
Maybe i’m the only one but i kind of like a MG similar to the BAR in BR3 especially if they brand it as italian
Or better yet share the Chinese event/Premium squads from the Allies and give them free Soviet versions…after all the Chinese Thompson squad belongs there.

It’s a Swiss weapon, not Italian. Valkay mentioned a real Italian machine gun.

Ahh, 1942 Egypt. More open maps and a true map picking system, so you’d have a good use for your rifles / sniper rifles.
I’m a little tired of saying the same thing, but this document is from 1926, when the Nambu assault rifle wasn’t even in the planning stages.

Is this a sign that much of the Chinese faction will end up in the soviet tree? (My schizo theory is the communist chinese at least will be a subfaction for the soviets eventually? Which is fine by me as long as their squads are reskinned for the “west fronts”, aka Stalingrad or etc.)
I mean, should be an event weapon imo, however not the most offensive item and will be nice for the rare BR3 Italian lineup.
BR4 is kinda crazy, however Im not entirely against it, I just hope this is a sign that casemate tank destroyers will be moving down in the future.
Very cool, and nice to see the prone mechanic being used to balance it a bit here, I jsut hope the AI will be able to use this weapon as well.

Yeah I have my doubts too, I really hope the devs implement what was suggested in here to allow hipfire only with it while stood up.

The one time the devs finally decided to bless the Allies with a good machine gun on BR IV, they of course have to do some…silly stuff…to be nice about it. LOL
Exactly, there is no need to make the tech tree bloated with copy-paste guns. Ofenrohr in 3 nations is making me sick already. I’d appreciate expanding the mechanics, improving the reload animations (some are done beyond the field of view, like in PzB), adding the zoomed-in reload to more rifles, making the default tank wrecks movable and penetrable, etc.
