I played Enlisted about 2 years ago, and back then the game felt much more balanced.
Now that I’ve come back, the progression and matchmaking feel a lot worse. The current research system makes matches feel uneven, and it often feels like one team has a big advantage from the start.
Before, it felt like you always had a fair chance regardless of level. Now the gap between teams is often too big.
I really think you should consider bringing back or reworking the old system, because the game was more enjoyable and fair back then.
Right now, it honestly feels like the game has gotten worse instead of better.

I hated playing the game when i would try to start a campaign and then the select few vets would just stomp… the current BR system atleast puts people on the same playing level.
How you could think the previous system was better for newbies is beyond me… the progression was also idiotic… i found myself struggling to get even 3k points a game and say 40-50k for a level? I quit at that point…
Use weapons of the same tier, not weapons of a higher tier. That’s all I can say about the current matchmaking system. If you use weapons or equipment above tier II, you’ll be constantly on the defensive and getting beaten up.
In certain aspects the game has got worse, example I would say our squad AI bots have got far worse.
As far as matchmaking? The game has been unbalanced Seal clubbings for a long time. Some of it is being uptiered in BR level, but I always play solo, and when you’re solo players are playing against clans, the games are rarely balanced. I would prefer a solo player only match option box, right there next to the play any faction. This way, clans can play clans and those solo players like me can play other fly by the seat of their pants unorganized players.
I am fine now just playing custom matches where I don’t get stuck into the BS matches I preferred NOT to play when I made my preferred preferences that Gaijin totally ignored. Besides, the Dev’s don’t listen to me anyway, or the vast majority of you as well, so we’re beating a dead Horse.
